- The accommodations are located next to each other, so you'll have access to all amenities, no matter which you choose.
- For a budget-friendly, independent stay, opt for the Hotel/Bungalow Don Juan Tossa.
- For a more elevated experience, go for the superior rooms or suites.
- These completely renovated rooms have two rooms and a huge terrace of about 23m2 with hammocks. So, they are ideal for a family holiday and a short walk to the main beach in Tossa de Mar.

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Rooms were clean & recently refurbished. Food was good for all-inclusive. Staff were great.
There were a few niggles but for the price we paid I can't really complain.

Everything was perfect! Modern and clean rooms, delicious food, with wide variety of spanish and medditerrenean dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near to the beach and city centre. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Buffet food more varied, better cooked, and of higher quality. Very small rooms with 3 beds that we had not requested to take up even more space. Very small single beds and a very small bathroom. Very bad views of the restaurant.
Comida buffet mas variada, mejor cocinada y de más calidad. Habitaciones muy pequeñas con 3 camas que no habíamos pedido para quitar todavía más sitio. Camas individuales super pequeñas y baño muy pequeño. Vistas muy malas al resraurante.

Comida y amabilidad de personal de limpieza y restaurante
Unbearable smell in the room coming from the bathroom. Impossible to get rid of because there was no odor extractor and it was a widespread issue. The head housekeeper treated us like fools, saying they didn't use bleach when we almost suffocated upon entering after a complaint, and when several receptionists confirmed that it was common practice to throw bleach tablets down the drains because they were aware of the bad smell in the first floor rooms. They only offered to change rooms when we asked to speak to management (who didn't attend to us) and it was the last night after 4 days of complaints. Thanks to a cleaner who gave us a whole bottle of air freshener.

diciendo que no utilitzaban lejia cuando casi nos ahogamos al entrar después de una queja y cuando varios recepcionistas nos confirmaron que era una pràctica habitual echar pastillas de lejia en los
sumideros porque eran sabedores del mal olor en las habitaciones del primer piso. Solo nos ofrecieron el cambio de habitación cuando pedimos hablar con dirección (no nos atendió) y siendo la última noche despues de 4 dias de quejas. Gracias a una limpuadora que nos diio un bote entero de ambientador.
