Information on single rooms and family discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1 year: they can stay FREE when sharing a bed with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- This option is only available in double and triple rooms.
- Children aged 2 to 11: the first child stays FREE from May 23 to June 20 and from September 5 to October 5 . In the case of ALL INCLUSIVE travel, the child will pay 14€ per day.
- For the remaining dates: the first and second children receive a 50% discount.
Important: Discounts for children apply on condition that they sleep in the same room as 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 4 people. We'll tell you more!
- Travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2adults+2 children per room.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 4 adults per room.
The accommodation does not accept a 5th person in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
- Would you like to book a single room? The price of a single room is the same as the total price of a double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 0.66 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Pets are allowed in the hotel: from May 24 to September 13, 2025. Outside these dates the hotel does not accept pets.
- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: from 24/5/25 to 30/6/25 included: 13€/night and pet. From 01/07/25 to 31/8/25 included: 16€/night and pet and from 01/9/25 to 13/9/25 included: 13€/night and pet.
- Please let the accommodation know in advance that you will be travelling with a pet. A maximum of one pet can sleep in each room. Pets are only allowed in the room, except when the cleaning staff is doing their chores. Pets are not allowed in the main areas (reception, dining room, swimming pool, lounge, etc.), only to access the room or to leave the hotel, and must be leashed. The day of check-out you must leave the hotel at 10:00h because pets are not allowed in the main areas.
- The pet may not use the bathroom or the bathtub/shower to relieve itself; and it is not allowed to use hotel towels or sheets for grooming. The pet is not allowed to climb on the beds. In case of an accident with another animal or a person, the hotel will not be held responsible for legal purposes.

En general los servicios correctos y un personal amable
We couldn't rest, the room was so small and the door so thin and poorly made, that everyone passing by the hallway seemed to be inside the room, on top of that we had the door right in front of the elevator, and all night long and in the early hours of the morning there were people shouting and with suitcases.

Horrible experiencia. Las habitaciones súper antiguas, viejas y con muebles que daban pena. Nada que ver con lo que enseñan en las fotos. Además, en la planta 1 y 2 había un montón de trabajadores alojados ahí que estaban trabajando todos en Barcelona, y eso le quitaba totalmente el ambiente de hotel. Parecía una residencia o un albergue. Estaban todo el día entrando y saliendo, haciendo ruido y dejando todo sucio, muy desagradable.
La comida era malísima, todo recalentado, sin sabor y con muy poca variedad. Comías por comer, pero sin ganas. Decían que era todo incluido pero no lo parecía, cada vez que pedías algo te ponían mala cara o te decían que no entraba. Bebidas malísimas y sólo lo básico. El servicio del todo incluido pésimo, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor.
No volveríamos ni locos. Un desastre de sitio.

Está a menos de 10 min de la playa andando, la piscina es grande, está limpia y le da todo el día el sol.
The rooms are old, there was a leak in the bathroom and a lot of dirt under the beds. You have to go for meals very early because otherwise you'll end up with nothing and the food is just average.
Las habitaciones son viejas, en el lavabo había una gotera y debajo de las camas había mucha suciedad. A comer y cenar tienes que ir muy pronto porque si no te quedas sin nada y la comida sin más.
