Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Enjoy your session at the following times:
- General schedule: from 11:00h to 20:00h.
- Children up to 12 years old: from 11:00h to 17:00h, always accompanied by an adult and with access only to the heated pool.
Please note to book your session directly at the spa reception.
And don't forget: the use of cap and flip-flops is mandatory, so be sure to bring them with you!

Quartos grandes, cama muito boa, muito limpo
Comida muito boa
as comidas não estavam devidamente sinalizadas se continham glúten ou não. Apenas no 2dia é que foi comunicado que podíamos pedir com antecedência outras opções sem glúten
As piscinas não estavam muito limpas e o chão a volta da piscina bastante escorregadio

Las instalaciones y el personal inmejorable. La restauración fantástica su personal a la altura.
La ubicación, al estar apartado de la zona de costa. Para nosotros no fue un problema pues íbamos a recorrer una parte de la provincia de Huelva. Sin embargo, está ubicado en una zona de urbanizaciones, como indico alejado de las playas.

Nos tocó un apartamento enorme, el buffet de buena calidad y el spa muy completo. El personal es muy agradable, hemos ido varias veces y siempre volvemos encantados. Tiene parking privado y animaciones a pesar de ser octubre.

La amabilidad del personal. Y que el frigorífico del apartamento enfriaba muy bien.
The cleaning was terrible, after 3 days of saying how dirty the shower tray was, they cleaned a part. Not completely. They clean every 2 days and do not change the sheets. The meals were terrible, no show cooking, no kitchen available at the moment. They refill the pancakes from one tray to another with their hands. Cheap food and very little variety. One day I saw how they put back 2 slices of fish from a plate into the pot. The fruits were sour for 2 days. The spa facilities were not working, neither the steam sauna nor all the jets. Not all the power buttons on the jacuzzi were working. Ants and drain bugs in the rooms. 3 hangers per wardrobe... The apartments have a 2-key rating... In short... Nothing at all of a resort and 4 stars.
La limpieza fatal, después de 3 días diciendo como estaba el plato de ducha limpiaron una parte. No del todo. Limpian cada 2 días y no cambian las sábanas. Las comidas fatal, show cooking nada, no hay cocina en el momento. Reponen las tortitas con la mano de una bandeja a otra. Comida barata y muy poca variedad. Uno de los días vi como echaban 2 rodajas de pescado de un plato de nuevo a la cazuela. Las frutas ácidas por 2 días. Las instalaciones del spa, no funcionaban ni la sauna del vapor ni todos los chorros. Ni en el jacuzzi todos los botones de encendido. Hormigas y bichos de desagüe en las habitaciones. 3 perchas por armario.. Los apartamentos son de 2 llaves...En fin... De resort y de 4 estrellas NADA de NADA

Hay trenecito del Hotel (cada hora) a la zona de playa y zona de amacas gratuitas del hotel en ella. Tollas disponibles del hotel.
Nos regalaron 1 hora de SPA y la verdad es que está bien.
Las piscinas muy completas. Hay piscina de hidromasaje exterior bastante grande, mejor incluso que la del SPA.
Aparcamiento cómodo debajo de apartamento.
En las cenas cada día ponen un puestecito de comida temática (mexicana, china, italiana, americana) con 2 o 3 cosas típicas (burritos, tallarines, pasta, hamburgesas y perritos) y varían parte de la comida del buffet según la temática.
El zumo de naranja del desayuno es natural.
En general la comida es de calidad básica (sarinas, caballa, muslos de pollo, etc) pero bien cocinada. Algún día hay algo excepcional (zarzuela de pescado). Reponen comida hasta incluso justo antes del cierre si se va acabando.
There is not a lot of variety in the food (e.g. 1 meat and 1 fish), but it is varied from one day to the next due to the changing theme. Overall, the quality of the food is basic, but everything is well-cooked.
No hay mucha variedad de comida (ej: 1 carne y 1 pescado), pero sí es variada de un día para otro por la temática que va cambiando.
En general, la calidad de la comida es básica, pero todo bien cocinado.

Adorámos o quarto, super espaçoso e bonito. As piscinas também são boas, e tivemos direito a uma entrada no SPA. O restaurante apesar de não ser muito grande a comida é de qualidade e tem variedade todos os dias, inclusive refeições sem glúten. Disponibilizam água em todas as refeições! Tem também comboio gratuito até à praia e disponibilizam espreguiçadeiras e sombrinhas gratuitamente.
The indoor pool floor is very slippery.. I recommend pool socks to avoid falls.
Piso da piscina interior muito escorregadio.. aconselho meias de piscina para evitar quedas.

Las habitaciones están fenomenal, muy cucas, es espaciosa tanto la habitación como la terraza con hamaca y todo, y la cama súper cómoda. En el baño hay bañera y ducha amplia, todo súper moderno. El personal de cocina y de sala no pueden estar mejor coordinados, un trabajo impecable (nunca había visto tanta profesionalidad en verano en un hotel) y son encantadores. La comida deliciosa, casera y de mucha calidad, si tienes la suerte de que esté Irene prueba sus guisos que no te dejarán indiferente, su compi de pelo cortito es la caña también. Y en sala Ana coordina todo a las mil maravillas e Isabel es encantadora, sobre todo tiene un trato espectacular con los peques y súper eficiente, el resto del equipo también lo es. El buffet no es gigante pero tiene variedad más que suficiente para elegir, destacaría la calidad de los alimentos.
Regarding the spa facilities, they are fine but the floor is very slippery. The outdoor pools are not spectacular but they are fine, they are also slippery, there are wooden planks around that need more maintenance. The issue with the sun loungers is a disgrace because people who arrive in the morning leave their towel on the best ones and don't come until 6 in the afternoon (seen several days), the lifeguard should throw them on the floor directly because then families come who cannot use them. The hammock area on the beach is sandy with shell fragments which is not ideal for children, they need water shoes. And another thing is that even with a car park spot they do not guarantee availability and a couple of days we have had to leave it inside but poorly parked. We couldn't enjoy the Late check out because they were full.
En cuanto a las instalaciones del spa, está bien pero el suelo resbala muchísimo. Las piscinas de fuera no son espectaculares pero están bien, también resbalan, alrededor hay tablones de madera que algunos necesitan más mantenimiento. El tema de las tumbonas una vergüenza por la gente que llega por la mañana suelta la toalla en las mejores y no va hasta las 6 de la tarde (visto varios días), a esa gente el socorrista debería tirárselas al suelo directamente porque después vienen familias que no pueden aprovecharlas. La zona de hamacas de la playa es de arena con trocitos de conchas que para los niños no es lo ideal, necesitan escarpines. Y otra cosilla es que aún con plaza de garage no te aseguran disponibilidad y un par de días le hemos tenido que dejar dentro pero mal aparcado. El Late check out no lo hemos podido disfrutar porque estaban completos.
