Habitación espaciosa, Confortable y limpia.
Nos toco justo encima de la entrada de mercancías, y algunos día te despertaban antes de tiempo, también al estar la habitación en la misma planta que el salón se escuchaba la musica hasta casi la 24:00.
El buffet un poco escaso y repetitivo, pero los alimentos ofrecidos estaban bien.

Por desgracia nos llovió mientras estuvimos en el Hotel, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar del exterior como nos hubiera gustado, pero por el resto todo fue muy bien.

El colchón de la habitación era viejo, estaban todos los muelles fuera. El buffet era escaso y siempre lo mismo, sin apenas variedad. En la ducha no había presión y no podías ducharte en condiciones. El spa incluyen 45 mins pero la mitad de cosas no funcionan sin preavisarte de ello

Lo mejor el personal. En el comedor están muy pendientes de todo. Mención destacada a Juan, excelente camarero
El spa era un horror, no había una ducha dentro para el inicio con agua templada o caliente. La recepcionista tenía la puerta de entrada abierta y al salir a los vestuarios te congelas.
La limpieza para un 4 estrellas debería ser mejor, al igual que el mantenimiento, había desconchones, paredes sucias, los cristales de la terraza no cerraban bien y golpeaban con el aire.

La limpieza. Lo que más me molestó, es que en todas las terrazas vecinos estaban fumando y al abrir la ventana por la noche entraba un olor asqueroso.
Deberían separar los fumadores en un ala y los no fumadores en otra.

Hemos estado genial.
Lo único. Amejirar sería el SPA el agua estaba fría, no tenía la temperatura que tenía que tener, más personas se quejaron y dijo la chica de SPA. Estaba dentro d ella normativa..... Lo dudo, el chorro del jacuzzi, notabas con el pie que salía helado. Nos tuvimos que salir enseguida.
