Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms.
In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 13 years old: the 1st and 2nd travel at a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 4 people per room.
Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas y deberían de limpiarlas más por qué da mucho que desear
They need to improve the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms because the hotel looks very nice on the outside but inside there are many things to change, the hotel staff each get a 10.

Hotel muy orientado al turista extranjero para lo bueno y para lo malo.
Razonable relación calidad-precio.
El buffet de comida/cena/desayuno no es de un 4 * estrellas, pero a cambio es barato si lo reservas con antelación, sin embargo en el mismo hotel es caro.
La amabilitat del personal lo millor.
During high season, it can be at full capacity with a lot of noise at night and crowded.
The walls and doors are like tissue paper, and you can hear the hallway and the next room as if they were your own guests. A lot of noise at night from the rest of the guests, supposedly drunken foreigners.

Hotel staff friendly, very poor cleanliness, very little variety of food, small pool with no sunbeds and sometimes no chairs to sit on. The hotel needs a total renovation.

Lo único que estaba bien era la comida y el personal del comedor.
The spa is just a cold water pool and a jetless jacuzzi. In the room, they gave us two 90cm beds and a child's rollaway bed for 3 adults. We complained but they never came to change it. I had to throw the bed sheets in the bathroom so they would take them away because they smelled like tobacco and sweat. I don't think they were changed before we arrived. I would never come back to this hotel and I don't think it even deserves two stars. I've been to hostels a thousand times better.
El spa es sólo una piscina de agua fría y un jacuzzi sin chorros ni nada. La habitación nos pusieron dos camas de 90 y un plegatin de niño siendo 3 adultos, nos quejamos y no llegaron nunca a cambiarlo. Las sábanas de la cama tuve que tirarlas al baño para q las retiraran porque olía a tabaco y sudor, yo creo q no llegaron a cambiarse cuando llegamos. No volvería a este hotel jamás y no creo q tenga ni dos estrellas. He estado en hostales mil veces mejores.

La gente a primera hora se apropia de las pocas tumbonas que hay, y se va a desayunar o a lo que le parece, y es imposible encontrar un sitio.
A pesar de ir con " todo incluido" la carta de bebidas es escasa. Los "snacks" que entran con este servicio, son las sobras del desayuno y además, te lo tienes que comer en el lugar donde se recoge.
