Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: 1st child stays free sharing bed with 2 adults in double and triple rooms.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old:
- 1st stays at a 75% discount and 2nd stays at a 50% discount.
- If you travel from 14-06-2024 to 31-08-2024, the 1st and 2nd travel at a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- In case you book a pool view room, children from 2 to 12 years old will travel with the discounts specified above, but paying an additional surcharge:
- The 1st will pay a surcharge of approximately 3€ per night and the 2nd will pay a surcharge of approximately 5€ per night.
- If you travel from 14-06-2024 to 31-08-2024, the 1st will pay a surcharge of approximately 5€ per night and the 2nd will pay a surcharge of approximately 5€ per night.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will not benefit from a 75% discount, he/she will benefit from a 50% discount.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people per room.
- Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, either adult or child.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for the single room is approximately 30%, already applied in the price that you will see during the booking process.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.

Water parks and pools with slides

The Aquafun park is scheduled to be open daily from June 9 to September 29, 2024.
- From March 29 to March 31 (both included) it will be open.
- From May 1 to June 8 and from September 30 to October 12, it will be open only on weekends.

Conditions and opening hours of the park:
- Minimum height is 1.20m. A minimum height is established to use the Water Slides for safety reasons.

- Park hours are from 11:00h to 19:30hh (subject to change and weather conditions).

Me ha encantado obviamente su parque acuático, y muchísimo sus snacks del bar aquafun, su todo incluido ha sido fabuloso, camareros muy atentos... habitaciones amplias, acceso a las habitaciones muy directos... repetimos el año que viene
La limpieza debería mejorar, mi habitación en toda mi estancia no han hecho una buena limpieza, la bañera tenia pelos,el suelo en general no estaba limpio la habitación no olíó a limpia en ningún momento de mi estancia, no habia gel y ni aún diciéndoselo a la chica de la limpieza el mismo dia 12 que entramos lo puso. Ya de tarde volvimos a pedirlo a uma chica diferente y nos dió el bote. Los teléfonos no funcionan

El aspecto negativo sería que el todo incluido termina a las 23:00 a diferencia de otros hoteles que terminan a las 00:00. Lo otro sería que está lejos de la playa y aunque te ponen el transporte solo está hasta las 19:00
