General discounts:

- Children from 2 to 11 years old: the 1st and 2nd with a 50% discount.

Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Maximum room capacity is 3 people per room. Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 4th place in the same room, either adult or child.

Single room surcharge: 100%, i.e. the same price as for two people in a double room.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 10 kg/pet
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- So that your furry can stay in the room, it is necessary that you have the carrier in the room and that it stays there while the cleaning service does your room, keep that in mind!
- This hotel only admits puppies, please note that you will not be able to stay if you are traveling with any other type of pet.

Su ubicacion y amabilidad personal
Solemos ir todos los años. Y es una pena haber coincidido con varios equipos de futbol de niños....uno detras de otro. Lo cual ha trastornado la estancia...pero sobre todo el comedor y las comidas con una calidad pesima...todo frituras, pizzas y congelados. Creo que se podria haber organizado mejor...o por lo menos no ofrecer al publico la estancia y dejarla solo a los niños ese mes.
Por otro lado, tampoco se si el problema de la baja calidad de las comidas era por los niños...o porque ya es asi.

Lo malo es que como te toque una habitación orientada al sur, la temperatura es insoportable.
Tendrían que organizar por turnos las entradas al comedor, el primer día fue un desastre, coincidimos con 200 niños y fue un caos, deberían anticipar a los poquitos clientes la entrada al comedor.

La habitación que nos han dado era excelente. La comida buena y variada al igual que el desayuno
1)Mejorar el trato y la predisposición de la persona de la recepción a nuestra llegada el día 24/06.
2) Que su personal en general se preocupe por hacer respetar las normas del hotel y sobre todo en el área de la piscina.
Resulta que este hotel recibe muchos grupos de niños y)o adolescentes, (no es una crítica a la política del hotel) , cada negocio hace económicamente lo que le conviene. La crítica es que el personal
hace la vista gorda y no se preocupa de que estos niños y/ o adolescentes cumplan las mínimas normas de
convivencia para que el resto de
huéspedes puedan disfrutar su estancia.
Conclusión: Hotel no recomendable para familias o parejas que busquen un hotel tranquilo donde descansar.

Hotel con cosas que mejorar(como en todos).En general acorde a las estrellas.Limpieza bien,comida bufet con poca variedad,(pero muy bien preparada),Habitación pequeña, ubicación tranquila y personal muy agradable.
Quizás unas mesitas con cajones ,un colchón más blandito y una bañera(esto es cosa personal).
También deberían separar o poner en otros horarios las comidas de las excursiones escolares(coincidimos con dos y es un poco caos en un buffet tan reducido).Tenías que tratar de no coincidir.
