Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:

Travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with two adults.

Only possible in double and triple rooms.

- Children from 2 to 11 years old: they benefit from a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose.
- From March 27 to March 30 and from June 21 to September 7:
- 1st stays with a 75% discount and 2nd stays with a 50% discount, regardless of the chosen regime.
- Other dates:
- Are you booking Half Board or Full Board? The 1st stays for FREE and the 2nd benefits from a 50% discount.
- Are you booking ALL INCLUSIVE? The 1st one benefits from a 75% discount and the 2nd one from a 50% discount.
- If you book a room with sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6 € per night.
- Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you book any time between September 4 to 10, children from 2 to 11 years old, the 1st child benefits from a 75% discount and the 2nd from a 50% discount and not the 1st free and the 2nd with 50% discount.

- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room varies depending on the dates:
- March 27-30 and June 21-September 7: it is approximately 34€ per room per night.
- Other dates: it is approximately 20€ per room per night.
- Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) is applied. For example: if you travel from September 4 to 10, the surcharge for a single room will be 34€ and not 24.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- We allow 1 dog per room, no other pets allowed, sorry!
- Access to main areas is not allowed.
- In order to have your room cleaned, you must inform the front desk in the morning when the room is free.

Water parks and pools with slides
Opening dates: from May 14th to the second week of October
- These dates are subject to weather conditions.

- The opening hours of the slides are from 11 am to 7 pm.

La cercanía hotel con la playa... Desde mismo hotel sales a la misma arena de la playa. Limpieza abitacion y la piscina muy bien.

La habitación estupenda, el baño genial y la terraza bien. La zona de piscinas con los toboganes una pasada, para disfrutar niños y adultos.
The air conditioning in the room was not working and even though we notified reception, they did not fix it during our stay and I missed a bit more variety in the buffet. The structure of the Water Slides (steps and handrails) could use a bit more maintenance.
El a.a. de la habitación no funcionaba y aunque avisamos a recepción, no lo solucionaron durante la estancia y he echado de menos un poco más de variedad en el buffet.
La estructura de los toboganes (escalones y barandillas) les haría falta un poco más de mantenimiento.

El personal de Animación EXPECTACULAR! Todos los días a todas horas hay actividades y es raro que se repitan. Y ora 3 grupos de edad diferentes!!
La piscina de toboganes: maravillosa. 4 toboganes, que son los justos para ser variados y para que no hayan colas.
Hemos disfrutado muchísimo! Ah! Acceso directo a la playa. En 3 minutos estás dentro del mar.

Nos ha encantado. Todo.
La ubicación ideal, tiene salida directa a la playa.
El servicio y a maravilla, todos, recepcionistas, camareros, la.metre, los camareros de piscina, animadores y por supuesto socorristas...
La comida está muy sabrosa, no faltaba detalle. Sin repetir las comida elaboradas ningún día, las pizzas y planchas si que se ha repetido, pero hay dos clases de pesado plancha, dos de carne plancha y dos de pizzas
En los 3 almuerzos que he hecho ninguno han repetido paella, o platos ya cocinados. Lo que los postres si son mayormente los mismos todos los días. Pero se puede elegir. Los desayunos siempre pre hay lo mismo y si vas tarde el pan escasea, el de semilla no he podido ni olerlo.
Las habitaciones son geniales ( 325 la Mía) si no son insonorizadas poco le falta para serlo. Es verdad que un tendedero no estaría de más, aunque sea plegable.
Las instalaciones están muy bien, una pena la piscina del silencio, casi siempre en sombra... Los toboganes están muy bien, entretienen mucho.
El bar de la piscina ( verde) muy bien también, el personal muy amable.
El otro bar también muy bien.
El personal no para quiero, está en siempre atendiendo y limpiando lo más rápido que pueden, todos, pero los del comedor son una máquina, es increíble a la velocidad a la que van.

And another thing, the capacity, if I, who have been there in September, have felt overwhelmed by the number of people in the facilities and the dining room... I don't want to imagine it in July and August...
El poco civismo de las personas, ya sé que de esto no tiene culpa el hotel o el personal del hotel.
Pero si que pueden poner soluciones, hay un cartel que pone que si las toallas están en la tumbona más de 30 minutos sin nadie serán retiradas. Entiendo que si las instalaciones están abiertas pues es normal que se esté una hora en la piscina y no deben tocar tus permanencias, pero, si la piscina abre a las 10... ¿Cómo es posible que a las 8 ya tengan todas las tumbonas cerca de la piscina toallas? Y ahí se quedan las toallas hasta las 8 de la tarde...
Y otra cosa el aforo, si yo que he estado en septiembre me he sentido agobiada por la cantidad de personas en las instalaciones y el comedor... No me quiero imaginar en julio y agosto...

Para los niños es una pasada, disfrutan mucho, os aconsejo q sea todo incluido, es q no necesitas salir, hay comidas a todas horas. Y puedes pedir bebidas asta las 11 de la noche. Todos los días limpian las habitaciones. El personal muy amable. Hay animadores con juegos cada hora, tanto para niños como adultos, y si quedas el primero x las noches te dan un titulo, es una pasada el año que viene repetimos seguro!!
