Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with two adults.

- Children from 2 to 11 years old: they benefit from a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose.
- From March 27 to March 30 and from June 21 to September 7:
- 1st stays with a 75% discount and 2nd stays with a 50% discount, regardless of the chosen regime.
- Other dates:
- Are you booking Half Board or Full Board? The 1st stays for FREE and the 2nd benefits from a 50% discount.
- Are you booking ALL INCLUSIVE? The 1st one benefits from a 75% discount and the 2nd one from a 50% discount.
- If you book a room with sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6 € per night.
- Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you book any time between September 4 to 10, children from 2 to 11 years old, the 1st child benefits from a 75% discount and the 2nd from a 50% discount and not the 1st free and the 2nd with 50% discount.

- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room varies depending on the dates:
- March 27-30 and June 21-September 7: it is approximately 34€ per room per night.
- Other dates: it is approximately 20€ per room per night.
- Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) is applied. For example: if you travel from September 4 to 10, the surcharge for a single room will be 34€ and not 24.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- 1 pet per room is allowed.
- Access to main areas is not allowed.
- In order to have your room cleaned, you must inform the front desk in the morning when the room is free.

Repetimos este hotel porque ya nos gustó mucho el año pasado. Este año ha mejorado con la reforma de todas las habitaciones y con la ampliación de piscina para los más peques.

Como complejo está muy bien , para ir con los niños disfrutando mucho tanto de la piscina con sus toboganes como de las actividades que hay para ellos, los monitores para niños a partir de 4 años son un encanto y están muy pendientes de ellos, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas , la comida es buena para ser buffet .es un complejo que repetiría sin duda.
The bar service is what I liked the least, it takes quite a while to serve you and with the all-inclusive, not everything is included, only some drinks, the cocktails they include are made with big ice in wide glasses, which taste really bad and have very little flavor. They could make them a little better! The pool bathrooms are not clean and have a bad smell!
El servicio de bar , es de lo que menos me gustó, tardar bastante en servirte y con el todo incluido , no todo está incluido, solo algunas bebidas , los cócteles que incluyen los hacen con hielo gordo en vaso ancho , los cuales están malisimos y con muy poca presencia . Hemos vuelto a repetir las vacaciones en el mismo hotel. Fuimos hace 3 años y nos impactó tanto que hemos decidido volver. Si vas con niños, es ESPECTACULAR! La atención de los animadores es inmejorable y nos lo hacen pasar increiblemente bien tanto a adultos como a niños. Hemos visto que el hotel está totalmente reformado. Habitaciones reformadas, camas y almohadas nuevas. El servicio de comida buffet libre, está todo riquisimo y hay mucha variedad. Los niños disfrutan al máximo en los toboganes y además, los animadores se encargan de hacerles juegos y tenerlos entretenidos mientras los padres podemos relajarnos. Tengo que mencionar a Ionela, sin ella nada de esto que estoy poniendo tendría sentido. La conocimos la otra vez que estuvimos y ahora hemos vuelto a coincidir. Se deja la piel para que TODOS disfrutemos. La verdad, hace magia. Y también mencionar a los socorristas, han estado atentos de todo y jugando con los niños. En general, sois UN GRAN EQUIPO!!!!!!
