Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts

Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

  • The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:

    • Travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.

    • Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

  • Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with two adults.

    • Only possible in double and triple rooms.

    • Travelling with two babies? Contact us here so we can check if it is possible to stay in the same room.

  • Children from 2 to 11 years old: they benefit from a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose.
    • From March 27 to March 30 and from June 21 to September 7:
      • 1st stays with a 75% discount and 2nd stays with a 50% discount, regardless of the chosen regime.
    • Other dates:
      • Are you booking Half Board or Full Board? The 1st stays for FREE and the 2nd benefits from a 50% discount.
      • Are you booking ALL INCLUSIVE? The 1st one benefits from a 75% discount and the 2nd one from a 50% discount.
    • If you book a room with sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6 € per night.
    • Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you book any time between September 4 to 10, children from 2 to 11 years old, the 1st child benefits from a 75% discount and the 2nd from a 50% discount and not the 1st free and the 2nd with 50% discount.
  • Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room varies depending on the dates:
    • March 27-30 and June 21-September 7: it is approximately 34€ per room per night.
    • Other dates: it is approximately 20€ per room per night.
    • Important: if your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) is applied. For example: if you travel from September 4 to 10, the surcharge for a single room will be 34€ and not 24.

10 Mercedes Travelled with family July 2025 We have been great, everything clean and the food very good, it was ending and very quickly replenished, the girl at the reception Rocio treated us very well, we were with Full Board and in the end thanks to her kindness we paid for the all-inclusive, we will come back. Thank you.
Gracias
If I had to highlight something, it would only be that the all-inclusive closes very early at 11, it is early.

8 Nikita Travelled with family July 2025 Very good rooms, very comfortable mattress. The main areas are also quite nice. Overall, the hotel is worth it.
Habitaciones muy buenas, el colchón muy cómodo. Las zonas comunes también están bastante bien. En general el hotel merece la pena.
The nearby beach is quite bad, it was full of algae and smelled bad. The all-inclusive is of second-rate brands.

5.7 Manuel Alejandro Travelled with family July 2025 Without a doubt, the best thing about this hotel is its privileged location. From the hotel, you can see the sea, the beach, the promenade, to which you have direct access from the hotel's main areas.
There are different aspects, first of all, in terms of the rooms, I highlight that despite the good renovation they have, in the bathroom, the sink was clogged, the shower screen was not properly sealed and a lot of water leaked out, which gave the bathroom a bit of a musty smell and, it's a shame, because they are renovated bathrooms and they look quite good. In relation to cleanliness, it was generally quite clean at first glance, however, I noticed when picking something up from the floor that the toilet had a rather unpleasant stain on one side near the seat, the next day they cleaned the bathroom, but the stain was still there, so I was distrustful of the real cleanliness of the bathrooms. Regarding services, the one they really need to work on is the hammocks and shades area, from 8:00 in the morning, some guests (who are not few) reserve hammocks in the shade, despite the signs everywhere indicating that this practice should not be done, however, it is not respected, it is clear that it is a problem of education and incivility, however, I believe that, since being in the shade is a fundamental issue, they should focus on developing and implementing an efficient system regarding the management/use of hammocks (just as they efficiently manage with a deposit the use of wristbands, ping pong paddles, pool towel usage...) I really want to focus on this point, because this product is chosen based on being a hotel with pools and Water Slides and if you travel with family (which is the majority of guests), to be able to watch over the children, you must sit in front of the Water Slides and if you don't sit early it is impossible to sit in the shade, while you see loungers with towels, unoccupied, for more than 30 minutes which is the time after which, supposedly, lifeguards release those spaces (I did not see any hammock being released during the time we were there and I also do not think it is the responsibility of a lifeguard). I pointed out the issue at reception, but they referred me to the lifeguards. On the other hand, they should also focus and pay a lot of attention to adjusting the ratio of employees working, because it is very visible and evident that there are too many guests for the number of employees working. Obviously, the quality/price ratio of the product is what it is, and the product is what it is, but by increasing the number of workers, everyone's experience would be less stressful.
