Excellent 10 Laura April 2024 The hotel is great. Large room. The entertainment was excellent. I loved the entertainers, special mention to Cristobal, the guy is a spectacle. The all inclusive is very good. I found it positive to have a snack open all day and at night. In the room there are complimentary chocolates, tea and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the Play room. And the guys who run it couldn't be nicer. In the mornings there are complimentary cookies in the lobby. The entertainment at night is very good, you have a choice and there is something for everyone.
El hotel es una pasada. Habitación grande. La animación excelente. Me encantaron los animadores, especial mención a Cristóbal, el tío es un espectáculo. El todo incluido está muy bien. He encontrado positivo el tener abierto un snack durante todo el día y en la noche. En la habitación hay bombones de cortesía, te y café. La sala con la Play me sorprendió gratamente. Y los chicos que lo llevan más buena gente no pueden ser. En las mañanas hay cookies de cortesía en el lobby. La animación ena noche muy bien, tienes para escoger y hay para todos los gustos.
This is not a criticism, just a comment that the body cream is not included in the bathroom amenities. You have to pay 1EUR for the plastic cup which is mandatory for the stay in the pool.
No es una crítica, solo comentar que la crema corporal no está incluido en los amenities del baño. Hay que pagar 1EUR por el vaso plástico que es obligatorio para la estancia en la piscina.

Comida bastante bien ,para estos sitios q normalmente no suelen tener mucha calidad en la comida. Para estar unos tres o cuatro días bien, ya más igual un poco canso.

Execelente hotel para pasar unos días en familia con tus pequeños. Trato magnífico por parte del personal intentando facilitar en todo momento una estancia gratificante. Muy buena ubicación respecto de la playa.
They need to improve the food in the restaurants, which are very much like a battle, not up to par, they should improve the quality and variety. The knives do not cut and using them even with a simple cut food was complicated.
