About the Full Board
- If you travel on Full Board, you will be able to choose which meal you start your holidays with. That is to say:
- You can start with either lunch or dinner, whichever suits you best!
- You don't need to inform the hotel in advance: it will be enough if you indicate it at the moment of your arrival.
- Please note that lunch is served from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm and dinner from 7:00 pm to 21:30h.
Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms. In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: the 1st, 2nd and 3rd benefit from a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 5 people per room. Please remember! The accommodation does not admit a 6th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single room surcharge: is approximately 10%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila de Calella.
Tienen varias piscinas, y toboganes acuáticos para niños y adultos.
El personal es muy agradable. Quiero hacer especial mención a la encarga de sala de comidas.
Zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno: una de las mejores cosas de desayuno - cena.
Reponen la comida con rapidez y van sacando diferentes postres.
A three-person room with two large single beds... we asked if there was any mistake and they told us that the rooms were like that.
Room of just the right size.
The bathroom hairdryer stopped every 10-15 seconds and you had to wait to use it again. So every time we wanted to use it
The shower leaks a lot of water from the hose... it literally spurts out water.
There are several (particle board) furniture pieces that are swollen and do not fit the measurements of the piece they are attached to... leaving gaps between them.
The upper gap of the fridge in the room (where you put your hand to open the door) full of black dirt.
As soon as we arrived in the room, there was a licorice on one of the two beds... half squashed...
The sliding door to the little terrace wouldn't close (it wouldn't lock...)
Having been informed that there was a vegetarian person, the variety of food was limited to: salad, pizza, tasteless pasta, French fries, hard-boiled egg with something, and a plate of vegetables. One day there was also soup, another day something else that I can't remember.

La ducha pierde mucha agua por el manguito... sale un chorro de agua, literalmente.
Hay varios muebles (de conglomerado) que están hinchados y que no encajan con las medidas del mueble al que están pegadas... quedadndo hueco entre ellas.
El hueco superior de la nevera de la habitación (en el que pones la mano para abrir la puerta) lleno de suciedad negra.
Tal como llegamos a la habitación, había un regaliz encima de una de las dos camas.... medio chafado....
La puerta corredera de la terracita no cerraba (no se bloqueaba...)
Habiendo avisado de que había una persona vegetariana, la variedad de la comida brilló por limitarse a: ensalada, pizza, pasta sin sabor a nada, patatas fritas y huevo duro con alguna cosa y un plato de verdura. Un día también había sopa, otro día algo más que no me acuerdo.

Muy buena ubicación,con una bolera,mini golf,etc...cerca del hotel para ir con niños.
Personal muy amable, tanto recepción como comedor.
The negative aspect is that they usually repeat the lunch menu for dinner. And when they close the pools at 7pm, the mini club for children also closes. As constructive criticism, it would be great if they adapted a larger space for the nighttime disco, some shows. Both kids and adults barely have room to dance since they do it in the same hallway as the bar.

Y que cuando cierran piscinas a las 19h también cierra el mini club para los mas pequeños..
Y como crítica constructiva, estaría muy bien que adaptarán un espacio mas grande para cuando hacen disco nocturna, algún espectáculo..
Los críos y adultos apenas tienen sitio para bailar ya que lo hacen en el mismo pasillo del bar.
