Hotel confortable. Atención al cliente resolutiva ya que tuvimos un problema con la cisterna del baño y se revolvió rápidamente. Desayuno variado y rico.
El servicio de limpieza empieza a sacar carros y dar golpes muy, muy temprano y hablando por los pasillos lo cual es muy desagradable y molesto. Deberían tener en cuenta que no todos los huéspedes nos levantamos a las 7.

Buena relación calidad precio. Habitaciones correctas y camas cómodas. Limpieza impecable y muy buena atención del recepcionista. En cuanto a la ubicación, aunque he leído que es peligrosa la zona la de Sants, a mí me pareció un barrio como tantos otros... y es una zona estupenda si vienes en tren, o del aeropuerto, además de tener un montón de comunicaciones con otros transportes como bus y metro.
