6.1 Maria Mar Travelled with family July 2025 The pool and being able to walk to the beach even though it's quite a walk.
The food is terrible, very little variety and poorly prepared, on the first day they did something very ugly, we arrived for dinner at 8:30 and the buffet ended at 9, there was practically no food left, they told me they had run out of hamburgers and hot dogs and then a waiter comes out with a tray full of mini hamburgers for the hotel bar, where food is not included, it's shameful, my daughter went without eating and the waiter walks by with all the hamburgers.

Very good
7.4 Jorge Travelled with couple July 2025 - The staff, always willing to help with any problem and very friendly. - There is a sports bar in the hotel itself to have a drink and live music. - The pool sunbed area. - The breakfast is quite varied and complete.
"- The pool was scorching hot. - The spa really only has a pool with 2 jets and a hot tub. - We didn't really like the dinner itself except for the penultimate day of our stay (Saturday). However, I had read comments that they didn't replenish dinner and that you had to be there before 8 pm to not end up with nothing, and that's false, the staff replenish as needed, and if not, you can ask them."

4.6 Nuria Travelled with couple July 2025 To highlight, I would like to express my indignation with the dinner schedule, from 7 pm to 9 pm? Spaniards start having dinner from 9 pm, it doesn't seem right that we Spaniards have to adapt to these schedules so that foreigners can have dinner according to their customs, they should adapt to us.

The buffet was very limited, there was almost nothing compared to other hotels we have been to, it is super far from the center, if you go with children it is better to choose one closer to the center.

2.1 Javier Travelled with couple June 2025 The swimming pool
La piscina
Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist tells us that they are giving us a superior room because we come from "Busco un deal" (a discount travel website), but then it turns out they give us a tiny room with a small window at street level and bars. We complain, and they say they made a mistake earlier and that if we want the superior room, it will be an extra 60 euros. We agree, and they give us a room with a terrace, but the air conditioning (split) made a terrible noise. We inform them the next morning, and they say they will fix it. The following day in the afternoon, not only had they not fixed anything, but they hadn't even cleaned the room, and the cleaning staff had already left. We had to change rooms again. In summary, a disaster of a hotel from the 80s, partially renovated, with noisy split air conditioning and a mediocre buffet.
