How do the tickets work? Very easy!
  • In both options, the tickets are always for the day after your arrival at your accommodation. In the case of the Oceanográfic, you will have access at either 10 am or 3 pm (the time will be confirmed on your ticket).
  • We will send them to you by email to the email address you provide during the booking process.
  • You will receive them 48h before the start of your holiday

  • Babies from 0 to 1 years old: the first one travels FREE sharing bed with parents and in room only.
 
  • Children from 2 to 11 years old: You will see them calculated during the booking process.
 
  • The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.

 10 Ester Travelled with family March 2024 Totally recommended, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is very nice. We recommend going to the hotel restaurant and eat great signature pizzas! Before going look at reviews and the truth is that we got it right! all super good 15mn drive from the center of Valencia. We will be back for sure!

 N/A Elena Alexandra Travelled with family March 2024 The room was large and clean, with a balcony and comfortable beds. The spectacular breakfast had everything. The staff was very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Overall quiet location. We will surely repeat.
La habitación grande y limpia, con su balcon, sus camas comodas . El desayuno espectacular habia de todo . El personal muy amable, sobre todo los del restaurante. En general ubicacion tranquila. Seguro repetimos.
What I would put a downside to it, would be the dinner, almost nothing for the children.

La ubicación es excelente para desplazarse al centro además de la atención al cliente.
In the room, the beds were of different heights. The bathroom window did not close completely. And, it is possible that there were some insects in the beds as we woke up both mornings with bites in different areas of the body.
En la habitación, las camas eran de diferentes alturas. La ventana del baño no cerraba completamente. Y, es posible, que en las camas hubiera algún insecto ya que nos despertamos ambas mañanas con picaduras en diferentes zonas del cuerpo.
