We arrived past check-in, and this was fine. I have nothing to say about breakfast or dinner since we skipped it. The room was more or less okay, nothing special. Staff is friendly, do speak some English and they do have a talking parrot as addition. Our neighborhood was surprisingly quiet but probably it's all Friday night.
Toilet is scary. Really. Even the "sanitary" bage is not making it believable.

Lo mejor de nuestra experiencia fue la habitacion. Estaba super limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba extraordinariamente bien. Ademas tenia una terraza bastante grande. Precio inmejorable relacion precio, fecha y zona. Para esa fecha lo que pagamos es como si pagaramos solo alojamiento y nos entraba pension completa. incluso si no te gusta la comida del buffet te merece la pena.
As soon as we entered, we had to wait an hour to be served because of the queue at reception. The staff were very friendly although they gave a somewhat negative impression (they were dressed casually and joked around among themselves). The room wasn't ready when check-in was at 13:00. The meals were generally bland and repetitive. Small buffet.
En cuanto entramos tuvimos que esperar una hora a que nos atendieran por la cola en la recepcion. Los chicos, muy agradables aunque un poco de mala imagen(visten de calle y cachondeo entre ellos). No tenian preparadas la habitacion cuando el check in era a las 13:00. Las comidas generalmente insipidas y repetitivas. Buffet pequeño.

Hotel sucio,muy viejo cosas rotas ,comedor horrible,personal antipático y les dices y no te hacen caso ,en l habitación ni un día cambiaron las camas las toallas las tuve que pedir todos los días porque no me dejaban y jabón porque yo siempre llevo porque lo tuve que pedir todos los día y al 3 día me lo pusieron unas vacaciones en el hotel malas para que lo cierren la verdad

Buena ubicación
The cleanliness is terrible, practically the rooms are not cleaned. I felt disgusted to shower, brush my teeth, sit on the toilet, the towels were not changed, they were dirty, the sheets were wrinkled and dirty, a horror. The food was horrible, we only had dinner once and when we saw what was served, we didn't eat at the hotel anymore, even though we had Full Board, we ate and had dinner outside. The staff doesn't explain anything, we asked twice to check the bathroom faucet and nothing, no water came out, you couldn't shower. Also, it's not like it was so cheap for the quality they offer, in general, they should charge less to people. The pool was dirty, we didn't even use it because it was so disgusting, a very unpleasant experience, honestly, I wouldn't go back to this hotel.
La limpieza es pésima vamos que prácticamente las habitaciones no se limpian ,me daba asco ducharme ,lavarme los dientes ,sentarme en la taza del baño ,las toallas no estaban cambiadas estaban sucias ,las sábanas lomizo arrugadas y sucias un horor. La comida orible cenamos una vez sólo y cuando vimos lo que había no volvimos a comer más en el hotel esto que teníamos pensión completa comíamos y cenábamos fuera .El personal no te explica nada le pedimos dos veces que nos miren la alcachofa del baño y nada no salía agua no te podías duchar ,aver tampoco es que fuera tan barato por la calidad que ofrecen en general deberían de cobrar menos ala gente .La piscina sucias ni la hemos usado por el asco que nos daba una experiencia muy desagradable la verdad no volvería en este hotel .

La ubicación del hotel es buena
The air conditioning in the room is disastrous, the toilet tank was not working, the shower head was broken and flooded the entire bathroom, we complained several times and they ignored us. It is a highly unrecommended hotel and Busco Un deal should think twice before recommending this hotel.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación es desastroso, la cisterna del baño no funcionaba, el duchador estaba roto e inundaba todo el baño, reclamamos varias veces y pasaron de nosotros. Es un hotel nada recomendable y Busco Un Chollo deberia pensar mejor recomendar este hotel.
