El hotel en general está bien, cerca de la playa y con parking que siempre lo usamos
Lo que nos ha decepcionado es que te cobran todo por adelantado. El parking y lo peor la bebida en el comedor. Cuando entras y te piden el numero de habitación, te preguntaba que ibas a beber y te lo cobra por adelantado, eso no me había pasado en más de 30 años recorriendo hoteles.
Nosotros normalmente lo cargamos a la habitación y el último día pagas todo al salir. Pero bueno hay algún hotel que no te da esa opción entonces lo pagas en la mesa cuando te lo sirven, pero por adelantado nunca. No nos ha gustado para nada eso, es como desconfianza.
Además me piden una tarjeta y se quedan con los datos para abrirme cuenta y qué cuenta si te cobran todo por adelantado.
Por esos detalles no volvería

This is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. The name PALACE is far too grand for it. There are only three lifts for the whole hotel, and after waiting through five full lifts you sometimes have to take the stairs. The food is very basic and minimally prepared, like any cheap local buffet. There is no air conditioning in the public areas and many people in the buffet have to use hand fans. The tap water comes through intermittently and the shower pressure is very low, making it hard to stabilise the temperature and avoid sudden scalds.

Solo tienen 3 ascensores para todo el hotel, que hay momentos después de esperar 5 ascensores llenos te toca bajar por las escaleras. La comida toda muy de batalla y sin apenas elaboración, como cualquier buffet barato de barrio. En las zonas comunes no tienen aire acondicionado y en el buffet mucha gente con el abanico. El agua del grifo va a trompicones y se queda muy corta la presión en la ducha, haciendo difícil coger los grados de temperatura deseados para no pegar sobresaltos.
