About the Full Board
- You will begin your stay with lunch on the first day. Therefore, you will end your stay with breakfast on the last day
- Please note that lunch is served from 13:30h to 15:30h and dinner from 20:00h to 22:30h.
- Should you arrive past lunchtime, you will begin your stay with dinner and end with lunch.
- You will have to leave the room at 10:00h in the morning, although you will be able to stay in the main areas of the hotel until you finish your meal.
Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year, the first stays for free sharing bed with two adults.
- Children from 2 to 11 years old:
- In triple rooms: The 1st child benefits from a 50% discount. In the case of apartments, no discount applies.
- In quadruple rooms: The 1st and 2nd child benefit from a 50% discount.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children or babies.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room/apartment with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Would you like to book a single room? In case an apartment is occupied by only one traveller, the amount to be paid corresponds to the total price of the apartment. Please note that the total price is divided by the number of people staying in the same apartment.

Nos hemos alojado en un apartamento del Neptuno 🔱 y realmente estaba muy bien...buen tamaño,muy limpio y hemos dormido muy bien ...a destacar también marilith la chica de animación que es un encanto con una sonrisa en la boca siempre y en general todos los empleados,serviciales y profesionales.
A mejorar...aunque creo que es un problema bastante típico en los buffet de los hoteles...es la calidad de la comida...no hace mención a un 4 estrellas...se repite mucho los platos...no me veo comiendo una semana entera así.Creo que se puede mejorar y si no...por lo menos con el mismo género cocinarlo mejor....

La primera impresion nada mas entrar es muy buena. El servico excelente. La ubicación está genial, los apartamentos son muy amplios, teníamos una terraza mirando a la piscina con acceso directo a ella impresionante, todo muy limpio y cuando digo todo, es todo. La calidad y variedad del buffet muy buena. Nosotros fuimos en pareja pero con niños se disfruta tambien muy bien seguro. Repetiremos en neptuno sin ninguna duda y preferentemente en mis siguientes viajes voy a buscar hoteles del grupo On group, primero para verificar que todos siguen la misma línea y porque de verdad que nos ha encantado la estancia.
Colchones bastante duros para lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero lo prefiero asi, que no colchones muy usados en los que te undes para dormir. Y el chek out de los apartamentos a las 10 es muy temprano (al menos para mi) , aunque te ofrecen el guarda maletas gratuito, para poder echar el dia aunque ya no tengas apartamento disponible. Supongo que lo hacen también por el tema de la limpieza, al ser tan grandes lleva mas tiempo.
