4.4 Pablo José Travelled with family July 2025 The food was not bad.
La comida no estaba mal
Dirt accumulated in the room. Huge live cockroach running through the room. Dust that was not cleaned during the 5 days (4 nights) we stayed. Dirty bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work (when we complained, they gave us a portable air conditioner). There was also no air conditioning in the main areas. The hotel doesn't even reach two stars despite claiming to be 4.

10 Juan Noyes Travelled with couple April 2024 Almost everything.
Casi todo.
A little far from Puerto de la Cruz, on weekends there is no Guagua, and when we left on Sunday a cab driver overcharged us.

Excellent
6.3 José Antonio Travelled with  friends April 2024 When you arrive at the hotel the impression is good from the outside.when you get to the reception the staff attends you very well(I give them a 10).when you get to the room and open the door is when you start to see why it is so cheap to stay, the furniture, the bathroom and the door to the terrace are from when they opened the hotel ((the 4 **** would be in the 80s today would be a 2**)). When you get to the dining room the staff is very friendly,((a 10 also for them)),the food is good but they should have more variety.the beer is San Miguel,,,,, the soft drinks, the coffee and orange juice are of low quality.at night sit wherever you want because the animation is a real trash....The hotel is a good choice if you want a decent room and acceptable food, but if you are more demanding when it comes to staying in a hotel this is not the one for you.

5.5 Jessica Travelled with family March 2024 The hotel staff in general are all excellent, the buffet is basic, but if you need something special (for allergens) they provide you with whatever you need, the nightly shows are great.
Well I was disappointed with the all inclusive, almost nothing came in, all bad brand, but not even a good ground coffee machine, the truth is that I would not take it again, then there is no indoor spa, no indoor pools, they refer you to another hotel and on top of that you have to pay for it, also let you want the hotel facilities, broken racholas (that if with a warning sign that resvala), shower in poor condition, wooden balcony railing destroyed, front door of the room with the broken marking, I have pictures of everything and I feel sorry because if you take care and keep well would be a hotel of 10

7.3 Patricia Travelled with family March 2024 The staff is definitely the best part of this hotel. From the extremely friendly room cleaners, to the dining, reception, and kitchen staff, all delightful. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. The rooms are normal, large, very clean. The beds are comfortable, even the extra ones (quadruple room). The dining area is spacious and always very clean. Overall everything is fine considering the price. At 11pm the noise stops, something that is appreciated considering that most rooms face the pool. The entertainment team is very friendly and helpful. Adult activities are very focused on foreign tourists.
The rooms are old and there are few outlets (2 in total), the windows are not well insulated, air comes in and it's noisy at night. The food is not very varied, but it's in line with the price. The jacuzzi, the only heated water area, is only for those over 12 years old, something totally discriminatory considering that the pool water is very cold (March). There is no snack bar, it is reduced to a table with bananas and cookies. We were told that in summer they set up a burger area by the pool. The car park is somewhat expensive (7€/day).

7.7 Lidia Travelled with couple March 2024 Very friendly and nice staff at all times, which significantly improves the stay. Good entertainment for the few people who were there during our stay. Chef Carlos is a great professional, always helping in any way he can. Free bus to the city center, which is very useful considering that the hotel is a bit remote.
Rooms are good but old.
Habitaciones bien pero antiguas.

Los trabajadores muy simpáticos.
With the room, we had some problems. The food was very scarce, with very little variety and of regular taste. Not recommended at all for being a 4-star hotel.
