Tenían una tronita para el desayuno.

Cuando llegamos no estaba la habitación disponible (viajamos con un bebé de apenas un año). Nos fuimos y volvimos dos horas más tarde cuando ya se suponía que debíamos hacer el check-in, pues bien, nos dicen que tienen un problema y que no está disponible la habitación y no saben si van a poder tenerla. Mi enfado es monumental por estar viajando con un bebé y exijo una solución a la mayor brevedad posible. Me indican que van a intentar alojarme en otra habitación que no corresponde a mi reserva. Me vuelven a decir media hora más tarde que no es posible porque no entra la cuna en la habitación (no quiero imaginarme cómo sería la habitación para que no entrara la cuna). Pese a hacer la reserva con mucha antelación y estar aprobada mi petición de cuna no la tenían preparada. Finalmente, conseguimos alojarnos en dicho hotel con bastantes horas de demora en relación al check-in y nos dicen que en compensación nos invitan al desayuno. Les indico que el desayuno ya lo teníamos contratado también (tampoco lo tenían apuntado), entonces nos dicen que no pagáramos las tasas de turismo y cogiéramos algo del mini bar, lo dejamos estar. Cuando subimos a la habitación, ¡sorpresa!, en el mini bar no hay absolutamente nada, ni una botella de agua. Se lo indico a la chica de recepción al bajar y nos suben al rato dos coca colas y dos red bull. En definitiva, la experiencia en este hotel ha sido terrible y el personal poco amable y empático. No volveríamos a repetir. La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia y el desayuno es muy escaso, tostadas con jamón y queso, mini bollería (dos variedades), teniendo que pedir ambos días leche porque no había en la camina.

Personal un poco distante. No tiene parking. Para ir en coche particular hay que planificar con antelación donde estacionar en la zona. El precio de aparcar en la calle en zona azul es totalmente prohibitivo
