6.9 Veronica Travelled with family June 2025 The best thing about the hotel is the location for its tranquility (not close to the beach), and the dining staff, super friendly, helpful, nice, .... Las instalaciones se están renovando, hay cosas que mejorar como aire acondicionado de zonas comunes, pero en general están bien. A nosotros nos tocaron habitaciones sin reformar pero son amplias, si bien es verdad que colchones y almohadas son fácilmente mejorables

What we liked the least was the poor management of incidents, between 7:14-8:30 in the morning they started using the blower and the karcher, and we complained up to 3 times and in the last one we asked for the complaint form. Lo que menos nos gusto es la mala gestión de las incidencias, entre las 7:14-8:30 de la mañana se ponían a pasar la sopladora y la karcher, y nos quejamos hasta en 3 ocasiones y en la última ya pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones. Vas de vacaciones y te despiertan los ruidos. Entendemos que hay que hacer esos trabajos antes de la apertura a las 10:30 de la piscina, pero con hacerlo a partir de las 9-9:30 hubiera sido suficiente. Además teníamos dos habitaciones una ocupada con dos menores de 16 y 8 años respectivamente, y la chica de limpieza se metió a hacer la habitación mientras dormían, en lugar de pedir disculpas se fue a reclamar a los menores diciendo que el pequeño estaba despierto. Da igual como estuviera , no debe acceder a la habitación. Tuvimos que reiterarle que no se dirigiera a los menores, que cualquier cosa a nosotros. Además la calidad y variedad del buffet es fácilmente mejorable . Un hotel de 4 estrellas deberka tener zumos naturales o de calidad mejor, el todo incluido entre comidas eran 3 cosas que sobraban del resto de comidas entre las 11-13 y las 15:30-17:30. No entraban todos los cocktail como por ejemplo monito ya fuera con o sin alcohol estaba fuera del todo incluido.
