Las vistas desde la terraza del comedor hacia la piscina y el teide. La piscina, el jacuzzi, los jardines.

El horario de las comidas, la cena cierra muy temprano. El bar que hay en la primera planta sólo abrió un día y es donde mejor servían la bebida. El buffet tiene poca variedad, por lo que ofrece todos los días lo mismo y solo un par de cosas distintas. El todo incluido no es para todo lo del bar. Tampoco me ha gustado tener que dejar todo el rato dinero en reserva tanto para que te den un vaso como para que te dejen material para cualquier actividad, que además tenían un reducido horario. Y los espectáculos de la noche nulos. Karaoke y alguna actuación de baile.

El hotel calidad precio no está mal, pero para nada es un hotel de 4 estrellas. En la habitación sola habia dos enchufes uno para la nevera y el otro roto. Habitación muy antigua y camas incomodas. En la piscina más vale que no te ahogues porque el socorrista está detras del tobogan y no ve la piscina, solo se preocupa de que no entren niños a la piscina de agua caliente.

En cto a las excursiones la que se llama VIP fuimos al Teide y alrededores no pudimos disfrutar con tranquilidad para hacer fotos ni verme Jordi el museo ya que el guía se empecino en que viésemos la pelicula que la verdad se puede descargar en los moviles,tb para los que no podíamos subirnos a los camellos podia haberles dicho a tpo si podíamos fotografiarnos con ellos(pagando) les dijo después y dijeron que no xque los camellos ya se habían echado total nos quedamos sin la foto estando ahí mismo

Todo genial, personal no de 10, de 100. Todos muy serviciales y cariñosos, también destacar la comodidad de las camas, si que es cierto que las instalaciones de las habitaciones son muy viejas pero son cómodas que es lo que importa. No hay aire acondicionado, y si hay no funcionaba, pero tampoco era necesario, las habitaciones tienen ventilador de techo y se dormía de maravilla. La comida para mí muy buena. Las bebidas en el todo incluido todos marcas conocidas, coca cola, Fanta, cerveza San Miguel. Destacar el SPA, una verdadera maravilla, sobre todo para las que quieran relajarse y olvidarse de todo. Gracias por hacer de estos días unos días de descanso y verdaderas vacaciones.

No tengo nada malo que decir. Bueno si quieres coger una hamaca en la piscina tienes que correr porque los guiris hacer colas y carreras antes de las nueve de la mañana para poner la toalla y no moverla en todo el día, por lo menos los días que estuvimos nosotros, jejeje

Las vistas hacia el Teide eran muy bonitas. El personal siempre fue muy amable y cordial.

Habitaciones un poco anticuadas. En cuanto al tema piscina, me parece muy mala gestión, el espacio es pequeño y no tiene suficientes hamacas para todos los huéspedes por lo que aunque la piscina se supone que abre a las 10:00h , mucho antes, los guiris ya están haciendo fila para ocupar todas las hamacas con sus toallas o pertenencias y luego se marchan a desayunar, por lo que cuando tú quieres utilizarlas te encuentras que no hay sitio.

Durante nuestra estancia, nos encontramos con graves deficiencias en las condiciones de higiene y mantenimiento de la habitación, así como falta de compromiso con las condiciones indicadas, concretamente: - Se indica que el Check In de la habitación *podemos realizarlo a las 14.00, y hasta las 14:55 la habitación no estuvo disponible*, teniendo que acudir varias veces a recepción hasta que finalmente la habitación estaba accesible. El personal fue muy atento y cordial, sabemos que no tienen culpa, pero veníamos muy cansadas, de un viaje largo y fue algo incómoda la situación, llegando a sentirnos pesadas e insistentes tras acudir hasta cinco veces a solicitar realizar el Check In. - Presencia de cucarachas en la habitación, lo que supone un riesgo sanitario inaceptable. Lo indicamos a recepción y nos ofrecieron la fumigación de la habitación, pedimos un justificante de dicho acto y saber que productos han usado, y nos entregaron el nombre en un post it. He trabajado en una empresa de control de plagas mucho tiempo, le pasé el nombre del producto a un técnico aplicador y nos indicó que se trataba de un producto que no servía para fumigar, ya que es un gel que hace efecto 5 días después de ser ingerido por los insectos. Al día siguiente nos llamaron para decirnos que nos habían dado el nombre de un producto descatalogado y que nos acercásemos a recepción a por la ficha técnica del que si se había usado, pero que tampoco había sido una fumigación. En este caso nos entregaron una ficha técnica de 42 hojas. En este documento, en el que aparece que la última fecha de revisión es el 03/04/2019, se indica que es un producto para tratar cucaracha alemana y oriental, no americana como las que vimos en el hotel. Compramos de propio una laca para el control de cucaracha americana, el cual aplicamos nosotras mismas ya que al día siguiente seguían saliendo del baño a pesar de haber puesto tapones y tapado con papel los desagües. Todos los días teníamos que dejar maletas y pertenencias en alto con todo cerrado. Finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación. -El último día tuvimos que dejar la habitación temprano ya que el vuelo salía pronto y nos ofrecieron desayunar fuera del horario de restaurante, aceptamos agradecidas y al llegar, lo que encontramos fueron más cucarachas correteando en la sala. Estos hechos no se corresponden en absoluto con lo que se anunciaba en su web y han supuesto una gran decepción y malestar durante nuestra estancia.
