Aire de Ruesga stands on a stone house from the 17th century, a property known as Casona de Villa-Setién.

The accommodation is located next to the Collados del Asón Natural Park, just twenty minutes from the beaches of Laredo and halfway between Santander, about forty minutes and Bilbao, about fifty minutes.

Aire de Ruesga has ten comfortable and spacious rooms each individually decorated, inspired by different decorative styles, recalling different cultures and villages.

Among the many active tourism activities that can be carried out, we can mention, among others: hiking, there are a variety of routes in number and degree of difficulty; paint-ball, quad biking, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing down the Asón River, water sports or caving in one of the caves in the area, for which it is known worldwide.

In addition to the natural wealth of the area, among the many points of interest to visit in the immediate surroundings, are the cave caves of Covalanas, in Ramales de la Victoria or the Sanctuary of the Well Aparecida, patron saint of Cantabria in the municipality near Ampuero. On the other hand, other highly recommended visits such as Santillana del Mar, Santander or Bilbao are just a short drive away.
