I’d recommend buying whatever you need before you go to the hotel, as there isn’t a shop there. The spa is quite poor, and the pools aren’t deep enough to mean they don’t need lifeguards. Even though we’re close to Spain, very few members of staff can get by in our language.

En tema de buscar alguna alternativa por si se te apetece algo extra es imposible de encontrarlo en el hotel ya que esta bastante alejado de cualquier sitio donde poder ir a comprar algo. Te aconsejo que antes de ir al hotel vayas a cualquier sitio para comprar lo que necesites, ya que en el hotel no hay ninguna tienda. El spa es bastante pobre y las piscinas no llegan a cubrir para no tener que tener socorrista. Aunque estemos cerca de España muy pocos trabajadores saben defenderse con nuestro idioma.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue.
