El hotel se encuentra en una calle a tiro de piedra de la Plaça do Comércio, en Baixa, estratégicamente ubicada entre Chiado y Alfama, a dos pasos del mítico tranvía 28 y escasos 200 metros de la Sé. El hotel es muy bonito, está muy bien decorado, cuenta con un personal excelente y cuenta con un buen servicio de restauración.
No tiene nada que ver con el hotel, sino con una zona tan turística como en la que se encuentra. No puedes dar dos pasos sin que alguien se te acerque para ofrecerte marihuana, hachís o cocaína. Mi recomendación es no mirar a nadie a la cara; piensan directamente que vas a por drogas. La policía... pasa.
