Hotel Sun Palace Albir 4*.

Located in the municipality and town of Alfaz del Pi, in the province of Alicante. About 700 metres away is Albir Beach and just over 6km is the city of Benidorm.

The accommodation has 24-hour reception, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, indoor car park for a fee and buffet restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has the Ricks Cafeteria and a pool bar (during the summer season).

The rooms are modernly decorated andfeature modern décor and are fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, safe (for a fee), television, telephone, air conditioning, heating and fully-equipped bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and some amenities.

At mealtime it was horrible, with the racket that could be heard; you could not even speak. The supervisors let them do as they pleased. The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends

I wanted to check in 15 minutes after my booking. At the reception they could not see my booking. It was around 10 pm but the jump2spain helpdesk was available and talked to the reception so i could check in. Which was a really great service.
