If you want the TV remote you have to request it at reception and leave a €20 deposit. At breakfast we missed having some cold cuts and a toaster.

When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue.
