1.4 Gonzalo Travelled with couple July 2024 Fatal, the rooms overlooking the road which is very busy there is no sound insulation impossible to sleep because of the noise day and night, breakfast is self service, no staff control if you arrive the second as happened to us we could not even take a coffee, we tried to talk to the manager to leave the complaint , she told us that they did not charge as a four star hotel and with that was all explained , the reality is that we paid 85 euros per night as a hotel four We would not return or free.
Fatal, las habitaciones que dan a la carretera que es muy transitada no hay aislamiento acústico imposible dormir por el ruido día y noche, el desayuno es auto servicio, sin control de personal si llegas el segundo como nos pasó a nosotros no pudimos tomar ni un café, intentamos hablar con la encargada para dejarle la queja , nos dijo que ellos no cobraban como un hotel de cuatro estrellas y con eso ya estaba todo explicado , la realidad es que pagamos 85 euros por noche como un hotel cuatro No volveríamos ni gratis.

 3.7 Viajera del sur Travelled with couple August 2023 The size of the room, it was not dwarf and we were fortunate that it overlooked the pool, so we heard less noise from the road.
El tamaño de la habitación, no ha sido enana y que tuvimos la suerte de que daba a la piscina, por lo que se escuchaban menos ruidos de la carretera.
The poor organization, the way the supervisor treated the employees, the variety of the buffet, the toy toilet in the rooms... in the end, not much of a bargain, you really get what you pay for.
La poca organización, la manera que tenía la supervisora de tratar a los empleados, la variedad del buffet, el lavabo de juguete de las habitaciones… al final poco chollo, realmente tienes lo que pagas.

El alojamiento estaba limpio.
We could not try the breakfast. The first day we went down at 8:30 to have breakfast and the only thing left were coffee capsules (there was a group of sports kids staying there, but I don't see it as an excuse for not having breakfast for everyone). Another day we arrived from dinner and the hotel door was closed, I had to call the hotel that there was no one there and they gave me a key to open the door, which they should have given it to me when I checked into the hotel. And to top it off the last morning they opened the door of the room 2 times and me sleeping , maintenance and cleaning. And the hook of the shower head was broken ... leaves much to be desired accommodation .
No pudimos probar el desayuno . El primer día bajamos a las 8 y 30 a desayunar y lo único que quedaban eran cápsulas de café.. ( había un grupo de chavales deportistas alojados , pero no lo veo escusa para no tener desayuno para todo el mundo ) . Otro día llegamos de cenar y la puerta del hotel estaba cerrada tuve que llamar al hotel que no había nadiey que me dieran un cogido para abrir, que me lo deberían haber dado en el momento que me registre en el.hotel . Y para rematar la última mañana me abrieron la puerta de la habitación 2 veces y yo durmiendo , mantenimiento y limpieza. Y el enganche de la alcachofa de la ducha estaba roto.. deja mucho que desear el alojamiento .
