La amabilidad y simpatia del personal. Aun con el estres que tenian no les faltaba la sonrisa
Lack of personnel. A lot of gel and a lot of gloves, but few people controlling compliance with the rules. Neither the waiters in the restaurant nor the floor maids were sufficient. The room was cleaned at nap time and with us in it and clearly it was not the fault of the waitress. The lifeguard had to be in charge of watching the pool and cleaning.
Falta personal. Mucho gel y mucho guante pero poca gente controlando que se cumpliesen las normas. Ni los camareros del restaurante ni las camareras de piso daban a basto. Nos limpiaron la habitacion a la hora de la siesta y con nosotras dentro y claramente no era por culpa de la camarera. La socorrista tenia que encargarse de vigilar la piscina y limpiar.
