About the accommodation

The Hotel Riviera 4 * is located in the tourist centre of the city of Santa Susana, on the seafront and just 150 meters from the beach.


The hotel has a 24-hour reception, so that they can attend you whenever you need it, free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating and an outdoor car park (for a fee).

In the summer season, you can take the opportunity to unwind by sunbathing and taking a dip in the outdoor pool, they also have a pool for the little ones, great!

You can also relax in the Spa area for people over 16 years old (for a fee) where you will have access to the sauna, the hammam and the jacuzzi;) For all those who want to continue training on their holiday, the hotel also has a gym.

8 Jose Maria Travelled with family September 2021 In relation to the quality/price ratio the food is good, it is not that good but it is quite good and not too repetitive.
En relación con la calidad precio la comida está bien no es que se hace si va pero es bastante buena y no muy repetitiva
What I did not like at all and that's why maybe I will not repeat I think that maybe the fault is buscounchollo because when I booked this reservation at no time I was told that the same day 5 closed so I made a trip with my grandchildren to be with me and what was my surprise that there was no entertainment or anything when I had not been told anything about this but maybe I would have taken another hotel this does not have to happen again because I even gave me some information when I booked the reservation for September 15. I would have taken another hotel this should not have to happen again because it even gave me some information when I booked the reservation for September 15 so what would not be my surprise that we have been the last day at the pool and the employees picking up everything and closing all the facilities this please when a reservation would have to notify customers and I am a long time customer of buscounchollo.
Lo que no me ha gustado para nada y por eso a lo mejor no repito yo pienso que a lo mejor la culpa es de buscounchollo porque yo cuando contraté está reserva en ningún momento me dijeron que el mismo día 5 cerraban con lo cual yo hice un viaje con mis nietos para que estuvieran conmigo y cual no ha sido mi sorpresa que no había ni animación ni nada cuando a mí no me habían dicho nada de esto sino a lo mejor hubiera cogido otro hotel esto no tiene porqué volver a pasar otra vez porque a mí incluso me dio ciones cuando contraté la reserva para el día 15 de septiembre por eso cuál no sería mi sorpresa que hemos estado el último día en la piscina y los empleados recogiendo todo y cerrando todas las instalaciones esto por favor cuando sea una reserva tendrían que avisarlo a los clientes y yo soy cliente de mucho tiempo de buscounchollo

The buffet food is nothing to write home about, but it's okay, they have a griddle where they make pancakes and eggs for breakfast and fish and meat for dinner.

Cleanliness is a bit scarce and as for the buffet the food is good, only that there is not much variety and somewhat repetitive.

Habitaciones y una trabajadora de recepción que una mañana retiro todas las toallas de la piscina que no estaban sus propietarios .
Very few waiters in the dining room lack of air conditioning in dining room and common areas. Also not having table service in the bar. The bar prices are exorbitant.

The staff was very friendly, all of them. The buffet is very acceptable, but without highlighting anything special. The spa is very good. In general it is a recommendable hotel.

Los colchones son aceptables y se puede dormir en ellos.
Food was average to average. For a four star hotel I expected better quality. The offer was a room overlooking the pool and we were given interior views of the wall of another hotel. Too many children, too many children. The bathroom had no door to the room. As the bathroom window had no blinds or curtains, light came in very early in the morning.
Comida normal tirando a regular. Para ser un cuatro estrellas esperaba mejor calidad. La oferta era habitación con vistas a la piscina y nos dieron vistas interiores a el muro de otro hotel. Mucho niño, demasiado niño. El lavabo no tenía puerta que diera a la habitación. Como la ventana del lavabo no tenía ni persiana ni cortina entraba luz super temprano por la mañana.
