4.3 Cristian Travelled with couple July 2024 The rooms are very spacious.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas.

A total lack of organization among the resort staff, which leads to decisions being made that make no sense at all. They suspend activities or services according to their convenience and it seems that there is no one in charge of the management, however the activities they do in themselves are already scarce or nonexistent. Also mention that the food in general is very improvable, especially the buffet. Hiring excursions at the hotel brings surprises (such as fees and taxes that you don't know where they come from) and on top of that you have to pay in cash...all very strange. I expected much more from a RIU in general and I doubt I will ever go back to one again.

Suspenden actividades o servicios según su conveniencia y parece que no haya nadie a cargo de la dirección, no obstante las actividades que hacen de por sí ya son escasas o inexistentes. También mencionar que la comida en general es muy mejorable, especialmente la del buffet. Contratar excursiones en el hotel lleva sorpresas (como tasas y impuestos que no se sabe de donde salen) y que encima te toca pagar en efectivo sí o sí...todo muy extraño. Esperaba mucho más de un RIU en general y dudo mucho que vuelva a pisar uno.
