Several aspects to highlight, in relation to the facilities, a marvel, several swimming pools, you can use facilities of the two hotels. The rooms have air conditioning, hairdryer, terrace, and clothesline. The location is perfect, good connection with beaches/beaches, city buses and cabs. The dining room hours are quite flexible, and the breakfast buffet very varied, my companion was CELIACO and for breakfast had no problem, point in favor. On the last day, we had an early check out and a late departure from Salou, the hotel let us use the facilities all day; they have facilities to store luggage and belongings, as well as a courtesy shower. A marvel.
Varios aspectos a destacar, en relación a las instalaciones, una maravilla, varias piscinas, se pueden utilizar instalaciones de los dos hoteles. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, secador, terraza, y cuerda para tender. La ubicación es perfecta, buena conexión tanto con playas/calas, como con autobuses urbanos y taxis. El horario del comedor es bastante flexible, y el buffet de desayuno muy variado, mi acompañante era CELIACO y para el desayuno no tuvo problema, punto a favor. El último día, teníamos el check out muy pronto y la ida de Salou tarde, el hotel nos dejó utilizar las instalaciones durante todo el día; tienen instalación para guardar las maletas y pertenencias, así como una ducha de cortesía. Una maravilla.
Unfortunately, there are several aspects to highlight. Regarding the reception, many people and few workers. Not very efficient. Some of them answer you badly and angry. The rooms do not stand out for their cleanliness, they make the bed and change towels (no sweeping, no checking of the terrace, no toilet paper) There is no whole mirror! And the door cards fail a lot.
Regarding the food... just as the breakfast is very varied, the lunches and dinners are very repetitive, and much abuse of fried food. My companion was CELIACO, before booking we contacted the hotel to communicate it, they told us that there was no problem, they were prepared for it. Days before we contacted them to remind them, they told us the same thing. We got there and surprise! they had no gluten free food section (a lot of cross contamination, the cook himself told us), they had no bread, no variety of food. We were eating fried food during the whole stay. Very bad in that aspect, dissatisfied.
Varios aspectos a destacar, desgraciadamente. En relación a la recepción, mucha gente y pocos trabajadores. Poco eficientes. Algunos te contestan mal y enfadados. Las habitaciones no destacan por la limpieza, hacen a cama y cambian toallas (ni barrer, ni revisar la terraza, ni papel higiénico) ¡No hay espejo entero! Y las tarjetas de las puertas fallan muchísimo.
Respecto a la comida... igual que el desayuno es muy variado, las comidas y cenas muy repetitivas, y mucho abuso de los fritos. Mi acompañante era CELIACO, antes de reservar contactamos con el hotel para comunicarlo, nos dijeron que no había problema, que estaban preparados para ello. Días antes contactamos para recordarlo, nos dijeron lo mismo. Llegamos allí y ¡sorpresa! no tenían apartado de comida sin gluten (mucha contaminación cruzada, nos lo dijo el propio cocinero), no tenían pan, no había variedad de alimentos. Estuvo comiendo fritos durante toda la estancia. Muy mal en ese aspecto, descontentos.

In general, everything was fine. The hairdryer was not working and maintenance came right away to change it.
Great that you can shower after leaving the room if you decide to spend the day at the hotel and they even provide towels.
The dining room staff were generally friendly.
En general todo bien. El secador de pelo no funcionaba y enseguida vinieron de mantenimiento a cambiarlo.
Genial que puedas ducharte después de dejar la habitación si decides pasar el día en el hotel e incluso te facilitan toallas.
El personal del comedor, en general, amable.
In the pool it is not allowed to play with balls and there were several flying and even with some blows. One man complained and a guy at the reception called the attention of some English people (older) but there were others afterwards.
As for the issue of being able to shower (great this) I do not know why my daughter and I were told a schedule and the same receptionist, then asked more people and even she herself reported it to other customers but without limiting the hours. In fact, I went back to ask another person at reception and they told me that there was no timetable and that we could shower whenever it was convenient for us.
Another negative point is the parking issue and that the receptionist (the same one I mentioned above) is not helpful in facilitating locations, etc.
En la piscina no está permitido jugar con pelotas y habían varias volando e incluso con algún golpe. Se quejó un hombre y un chico de recepción les llamó la atención a unos ingleses (mayorcitos) pero habían otros después.
En cuanto al tema de poderte duchar (genial ésto) no sé porqué a mi hija y a mí nos dijeron unos horarios y la misma recepcionista, después le preguntó preguntó más gente e incluso, ella misma informó de ello a otros clientes pero sin limitar los horarios. De hecho, volví a preguntar a otra persona en recepción y me dijeron que no había horario y que podíamos ducharnos cuando nos fuese bien.
Otro punto negativo es el tema de aparcamiento y que la recepcionista ( la misma que menciono arriba) no ayuda a facilitar ubicaciones, etc

The hotel is cozy so you avoid queuing as in other hotels, we slept quite well, no noise, the food is acceptable for the price of the hotel, the situation is good in the center of Salou's shopping environment and next to the beaches.
El hotel es acogedor por lo que evitas el hacer colas como en otros hoteles, hemos dormido bastante bien, sin ruidos,la comida es aceptable para el precio del hotel,la situación es buena en el centro del ambiente de tiendas de Salou y al lado de las playas .
The room was large but needs renovation as does the bathroom. There is no picnic service. The area is very difficult to park, it is all blue zone. Overcrowded area.
La habitación era grande pero necesita reforma al igual que el baño. No tienen servicio de picnic. La zona es muy complicada para aparcar, es todo zona azul. Zona masificada.

THE ONLY THING WE FOUND WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM WAS A COCKROACH ON THE FLOOR MOVING ITS LITTLE LEGS, THEY GAVE US A MINI BATHROOM THAT COULD NOT HAVE MORE DIRT, EVEN BEACH DIRT WAS ON THE FLOOR, NOT TO MENTION THE HAIRS. I ASKED AFTER TWO DAYS TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND THEY ONLY MADE THE BED, IT WAS STILL DIRTY, WITH DUST, WITHOUT SWEEPING AND THEY ONLY GAVE US CLEAN TOWELS, NOT BATH TOWELS.... THE FOOD IN THE DINING ROOM, PUAJ PESSIMA NOT, THE FOLLOWING, ALL FROZEN AND VINEGARY.
NADA MAS ENTRAR EN LA HABITACION NOS ENCONTRAMOS UNA CUCARACHA EN EL SUELO MOVIENDO LAS PATITAS, NOS DIERON UN BAÑO DE MINISVALIDO QUE NO PODIA TENER MAS SUCIEDAD, HASTA TIERRA DE PLAYA TENIA EN EL SUELO, SIN COSTAR LOS PELOS. PEDI DESPUES DE ESTAR DOS DIAS QUE ME LIMPIARAN LA HABITACIÓN Y SOLO HICIERON LA CAMA, SEGUIA SUCIA, CON POLVO, SIN BARRER Y SOLO NOS PUSIERON TOALLAS LIMPIAS DE LAVAVO, NO DE BAÑO.. Y YA LA COMIDA DEL COMEDOR, PUAJ PESIMA NO, LO SIGUIENTE, TODO CONGELADO Y AVINAGRADO.

Everything was great, the staff was super friendly, food, location and the shows, everything was perfect. I traveled with a family with a 3 year old child and the little one was super cool.
