About the accommodation

Located in a privileged environment in the town of Rosas, on the seafront of Santa Margarita beach, on the Costa Brava.

The Hotel Monterrey **** has a 24-hour reception to assist you whenever you need it, heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi and a terrace area with sea views so you can relax.

You can also enjoy a swim in the outdoor pools and relax sunbathing in the hammocks. For those who want to keep in line on their holidays, they can also train in the gym (by booking at reception).

The bedrooms are renovated and have heating and air conditioning, television, telephone, free wi-fi connection and bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer. You will also have a terrace with exterior views to unwind.

6 Mayte Travelled with couple October 2021 On the day of departure, around 10 in the morning, a cleaning employee opens the door of the room, despite having the "do not disturb" sign on, I am outraged by this intrusion.

The cleanliness was pretty bad. In one week they have not changed the sheets any day and we had to complain because they cleaned our room around 16:00.

Quite disappointing in general. Reception staff very dry and totally uninformed. As for cleanliness practically nil, the towels smelled bad and some sheets had holes in them. In the afternoon-evening the hotel was totally dead as they did not put on any entertainment as they did in nearby hotels.
Bastante decepcionante en general. El personal de recepción muy seco y totalmente desinformado. En cuanto a la limpieza prácticamente nula, las toallas olían mal y algunas sábanas tenían agujeros. Por la tarde-noche el hotel estaba totalmente muerto ya que no ponían ningún tipo de entretenimiento como si hacían en hoteles cercanos.
