The Mercure Andorra 4* Hotel islocated in the town of Andorra la Vella, near the center. Whatever the reason for your holiday, you will love this hotel.

Habitación y camas muy comodas y limpias. Mucho espacio. Personal de recepción super atento. Desayunos no cogimos porque lo vimos caro (12€ por persona cuando íbamos con 2 niños pequeños).
Éramos 4 en la habitación y sólo teníamos 2 rollos de papel wc. Al dia siguiente no repusieron. El spa masificado como nunca antes y el agua muy sucia. Dos de los 4 acabamos con conjuntivitis

Hotel céntrico. Para ir a pie a cualquier sitio, cerca de las paradas del bus. A 3 minutos de la zona más comercial y de restaurantes. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El desayuno es muy completo, con variedad y sabroso. El café, como en todos los hoteles, desentona con el resto. Muy tranquilo y silencioso, para descansar. El parking es una lotería (si te toca) y muy antiguo (preparado para coches más pequeños). El personal es muy atento y amable, aunque se nota cierta tensión entre ellos.

El hotel Mercure merece mucho la pena, está muy bien situado junto a la avenida principal (de hecho por la planta 5 puedes salir directamente a la Av Meritxell casi enfrente de Pireneés). Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas incluidas gimnasio y spa. El personal es muy atento y profesional, vimos varias veces como el personal del spa tuvo que llamar la atención a personas que estaban gritando, saltando al agua y molestando a los demás huéspedes que subíanal spa a relajarse.
Las habitaciones están un poco desactualizadas, necesitarían una reforma/ actualización.
