Es la tercera que me ospedo en este Hote. Mi valoración haca el como Hotel es de 10. Pero dejo reflejada mi mala experiencia en esta última ocasión.
Dejo una reclamación en mi estancia, el motivo fue por el alto nivel de cloro en el jacuzzi. Estaba abierto y en uso y después de estar unos 5 ó 10 min disfrutando de el, nos hicieron salir con urgencia de el xk su nivel de cloro era muy alto. En esa exposición gracias a Dios no tuvimos damos físicos.. que podía ser. Pero si en mi caso daño material, ya que se me quemó una pulsera que llevaba puesta. Independientemente de que no se hayan hecho cargo de ello. Reclamo el hecho de xk esa bañera estaba abierta al público, xk se estaba usando y xk después de echarnos co tanta premura de ella la siguieron dejando abierta al público. En ingun momento me dejaron ver esos niveles de cloro y desconozco si son visibles al público como sería lo legal. Estoy a la espera de alguna respuesta del Hotel , pero lo cierto es que en el momento que redacte la hoja de reclamación el Directivo que estaba se dio media vuelta y se marcho . Defraudada la verdad.
