9.4 Ainhoa Travelled with couple August 2025 Maybe it was because the room was a little far from the pool, reception, etc... that we had a good rest. The buffet is very good, varied and with good quality.

In the room, especially in the bathroom it smells like sewage at some hours and it is very annoying. Some days the food could be improved. In the snack bar they have forbidden them to serve non-alcoholic daiquiri because they used too many strawberries. I think this is a big mistake. I also missed fruit at mid-morning and afternoon snack.

Positivo: La piscina de niños y toboganes pequeños para ellos. A una parte de mi familia le tocó una habitación doble restaurada y estaba genial. Habitación familiar grande, fantástica para jugar los niños, pero sin reformar. Check out: nos permitieron estar una hora más en una de las habitaciones para cuadrar el sueño de la bebé.

Negativo: Nos tocó una habitación familiar no restaurada, el baño necesita reforma urgente. Poca variedad de postres y a veces tardan en reponer y salen con partes congeladas, eso demuestra falta de previsión porque no pasó una vez solo. En el snack bar la merienda es escasa, al personal parece que le molesta reponer los donuts de la merienda. Solo funcionaba un tobogán de los adultos, los otros dos estaban cerrados. El lunes a las 8.30 de la mañana comenzaron las obras.
