El hotel se encuentra en morro jable en el sur de la isla, es un complejo hotelero bastante completo, habitaciones amplias y no ruidosas, personal del hotel amable, el buffete variado y amplio. A destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de Karmen una empleada de sala que siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa. Hay dos piscinas y una de ellas con 3 toboganes, el clima en septiembre ha sido espectacular, nada de viento y no muy concurrido. Es una isla para repetir.

Por decir algo el mantenimiento del gimnasio que estaba un poco dejado. Hay máquinas básicas y algunas mancuernas para hacer ejercicios básicos pero suficiente. No es del hotel pero por mencionar decir que el vuelo de ida fue muy tarde y ya perdimos un día, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Si quieres una marca conocida, además de poca variedad, son 6€ aparte. Buffet muy repetitivo y no mucha variedad. Los espectáculos de animacion, para ser un 4 estrellas, de poca calidad. La ubicación y la falta de transporte de la isla, te obliga a depender de alquiler de coche.

If you want the beach you have to travel by car, as the nearest one is about 3-4 kilometres away. They’ve scheduled our return flight for 09:15 in the morning, which meant we lost an entire day of our stay since the hotel is 85 km from the airport.
