Lo mejor a sido el espacio de los toboganes. La comida, siendo de batalla, no está mal. Fuimos con una oferta muy buena de todo incluido y en general estamos contentos.
A mejorar la limpieza de la habitación, con diferencia lo peor del hotel. Algunas actividades con los niños dejan un poco que desear. Si no fuera con oferta no volvería.

Very good 1 Maitane Travelled with family August 2025 One of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel. The food is scarce, repetitive, and of poor quality. The reception manager is rude, arrogant, and treats customers with superiority. In the dining room, the workers are overwhelmed, and we even had to help clean tables to be able to sit down. Room cleaning is practically non-existent: dust everywhere, stains on the doors, and a constant feeling of dirtiness. As if that wasn't enough, we had a terrible experience with the Water Slides. The regulations require a height of 1.25 m. We measured my daughter at the pharmacy and she passed without any problem. During the first 4 days, she accessed the Water Slides without any issues, but on 04/09/2025, the person in charge of measuring did not let her pass, even though witnesses in the queue confirmed that she had been sliding since the first day. To make matters worse, they let other children pass who also did not reach the height requirement by just a finger. When we asked for explanations, the alleged lifeguard in charge told us to "put flip-flops and a high ponytail" on the girl so she could pass. After discussing the injustice of the situation, we went to the manager to explain what had happened, but he didn't even let us speak: he kicked us out of the hotel, three days before the end of our stay. A shameful, unprofessional, and absolutely disrespectful treatment towards customers. Clearly, we will not return and do not recommend it to anyone. In Salou, there are many much better and more serious hotels. P.S.: RESPONSIBLE CARLOS AT RECEPTION WAS THE ONE WHO DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO HEAR WHAT HAPPENED AND KICKED MY HUSBAND WITH MY TWO CHILDREN AGED 6 and 8 months out, giving us an hour to leave the room without even letting us eat... and his response on the complaint form was that he was kicking us out based on the right of admission...
Una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en un hotel. La comida es escasa, repetitiva y de mala calidad. El gerente de recepción es chulo, arrogante y trata a los clientes con superioridad. En el comedor, las trabajadoras no dan abasto y tuvimos incluso que ayudar a limpiar mesas para poder sentarnos. La limpieza de las habitaciones es prácticamente inexistente: polvo por todas partes, manchas en las puertas y sensación de suciedad constante. Por si fuera poco, con el tema de los toboganes hemos vivido un trato lamentable. La normativa exige 1,25 m de altura. Medimos a mi hija en farmacia y pasaba sin problema. Durante los primeros 4 días accedió a los toboganes sin inconvenientes, pero el 04/09/2025 el chico encargado de medir no la dejó pasar, aun cuando testigos en la cola confirmaban que ya había estado bajando desde el primer día. Para colmo, dejaban pasar a otros niños que tampoco llegaban a la medida por apenas un dedo. Al pedir explicaciones, la supuesta encargada de socorrismo nos dijo que “le pusiéramos chancletas y una coleta alta” a la niña para que pasara. Tras discutir por la injusticia de la situación, acudimos al gerente para explicarle lo ocurrido, pero ni siquiera nos dejó hablar: directamente nos echó del hotel, tres días antes de terminar nuestra estancia. Un trato vergonzoso, nada profesional y absolutamente irrespetuoso hacia los clientes. Claramente no volveremos y no lo recomendamos a nadie. En Salou hay muchos hoteles mucho mejores y más serios PD: RESPONSABLE CARLOS EN RECEPCIÓN FUE QUIEN NI SIQUIERA QUISO ESCUCHARNOS LO SUCEDIDO Y NOS HECHO AMI MARIDO CON MIS DOS HIJOS DE 6 años y 8 meses, dándonos un plazo de 1 hora para abandonar la habitación no dejo ni que comiésemos… y su respuesta fue en la hoja de reclamación que nos hechaba por el derecho de admisión…
