No sabraia que decir, la habitación que estaba muy bien, la animación bien. Los toboganes súper chulos para los niños
Pues las piscina súper llena de gente a parte de que defecaron ellas una tarde, cuando podíamos bañarnos la otra cerrada por lo mismo. El comedor aunque había dos restaurantes parecía un centro comercial en día de rebajas. La comida muy buena de sabor pero siempre lo mismo solo cambiaban un par de cosas. Los bares tanto el chiringuito como los otros dos se hacían unas colas que pasabas tanta calor que a veces no te daban ganas ni de ir a pedir algo. Para ser un tres estrellas está bien no le pondría una estrella más . Y lo de todo incluido no lo veo mal pero sí que es verdad que pagando lo que hemos pagado no te dejen entrar en la piscina climatizada por qué no tenías todo incluido premium. Que pagabas más para lo poco que te dan. La verdad que mi familia no lo hemos pasado bien pero a este hotel no volveré.

More cleaning staff and more staff in general are needed. There are too many guests for so few employees (they are all very friendly, by the way). On the day of arrival I had to go down and ask for the room to be cleaned — the floor hadn’t been swept, the furniture was dirty, etc. On another note, I think the way drinks are managed is poor: the three bars do not offer the same drinks. It shouldn’t be the case that in a family hotel only one bar serves slush drinks (and they were often 20 minutes to an hour from being ready). In the dining room there is no one to show you to a table, so the problem we had was that we were six people and couldn’t find a table (perhaps a couple had sat at a larger table, which shouldn’t be allowed). This is the first hotel where we’ve encountered this kind of dining-room management.
Hace falta más personal de limpieza y de todo en general. Demasiada gente para tan poco personal ( son muy amables todos por cierto) El día de llegada, tuve que bajar a decir que limpiarán la habitación, suelo sin barrer, muebles sucios, etc. Por otro lado, creo que el tema de las consumiciones están mal gestionadas, en los 3 bares para consumir no tienen las mismas bebidas, no puede ser que un hotel familiar solo 1 de ellos tengan granizados( y siempre le faltaba 20 min, 1h para estar listo). En el comedor no hay una persona que te acompañe a la mesa, entonces el problema que tuvimos esque éramos 6 personas y no encontrábamos mesa( alomejor una pareja se había sentado en una mesa para más personas, cosa que no deberían permitir) es el primer hotel que nos encontramos con esta gestión del comedor.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends
