Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la animación del hotel. Los monitores un 10. El personal de recepción también muy bien.
Hace falta más personal de limpieza y de todo en general. Demasiada gente para tan poco personal ( son muy amables todos por cierto) El día de llegada, tuve que bajar a decir que limpiarán la habitación, suelo sin barrer, muebles sucios, etc. Por otro lado, creo que el tema de las consumiciones están mal gestionadas, en los 3 bares para consumir no tienen las mismas bebidas, no puede ser que un hotel familiar solo 1 de ellos tengan granizados( y siempre le faltaba 20 min, 1h para estar listo). En el comedor no hay una persona que te acompañe a la mesa, entonces el problema que tuvimos esque éramos 6 personas y no encontrábamos mesa( alomejor una pareja se había sentado en una mesa para más personas, cosa que no deberían permitir) es el primer hotel que nos encontramos con esta gestión del comedor.

La habitación cuadruple, justita. Muy masificado de gente. Colas interminables para ir a comer, estas comiendo y estan quitandote el plato ( dando prisas). Tb colas para ir al chiringuito a por refrescos, eramos 4 y solo dejan coger 2 consumiciones cada vez , muy deficiente. Sin granizos. La comida siempre del mismo estilo " rancho" y el chiringuito de las meriendas , era las sobras de la comida. En general, el resumen, no nos ha gustado. También tubimos que dejar los 6 dias el coche en el parking privado q hay al lado del hotel, con su gasto correspondiente ya q el hotel no daba la opción de reservar parking.

El todo incluido estaba genial las instalaciones bien mogollón de hamacas aunque es un hotel de mogollón de habitaciones tenías hamacas disponibles. Un tres estrellas bien. Piscinas y toboganes bien animación todo el día con decir que solo hemos ido un día ala playa lo dice todo. Para familiar super recomendable. Yo con dos enanos de 5 años me he alojado 9 días y me hubiera quedado mucho más

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación, el recinto de la piscina, aunque está masificado y la carta del todo incluido de las bebidas.
Las habitaciones son aceptables un 3 estrellas. Al ser un hotel con 700 habitaciones estás 20 min en la cola cada vez que pides bebida, porque falta mucho personal. Nunca he ido a un hotel con tantísimo guardia de seguridad, que resulta chocante que vayan hasta con chaleco antibalas. Lo entendí cuando vi que está masificado, algunos huespedes borrachos y vi muchos artercados sobretodo por la noche. La comida era muy repetitiva, tienen cocina en vivo pero... las pizzas siempre las mismas, el pescado y la carne la variación fue mínima, y lo que está listo para servir idem. El desayuno ni te cuento siempre lo mismo no varía nada. La limpieza al ser un hotel masificado deja mucho que desear por falta de personal. Y lo pero de todo es la dirección del hotel, departamento de calidad el peor que he vivido en toda mi vida... En resumen los que tienen autoridad en el hotel. Son unos.... No esperéis ningún detalle por su parte. En resumen, lo venden como hotel familiar bien de precio, pero a pesar de las reformas y lavado de cara, se nota muchísimo que es un 3 estrellas, falta mucho personal, colas largas, limpieza nefasta, comida muy repetitiva y lo peor los que gestionan el hotel (dirección, departamento de calidad...) les da igual si te vas descontento o cabreado. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel para familias y menos con niños, puesto que pueden verse implicados en situaciones dramáticas.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends
