The hotel opened in May 2016 and has a bar - cafeteria, 24-hour reception, outdoor car park (for a fee), free Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and buffet breakfast.

Tiene dos problemas, el principal es la ubicacion, porque no esta ubicado en berlin sino en sus afueras, no hay comercios ni restaurantes alrededor y solo vale la pena si tienes coche, en caso contrario para ir al centro de la ciudad hay que caminar 17 minutos al metro y luego alli son varias estaciones antes de llegar a Berlin, cualquier sitio turistico que quisimos visitar nos quedaba a al menos una hora y haciendo varios transbordos, el aeropuerto teguel queda tambien bastante alejado con respecto al hotel. El segundo problema es que a pesar de que el hotel se ve limpio, a las habitaciones como tal le hacen muy poco mantenimiento, estuvimos 6 dias y ni las toallas nos cambiaron.
