7.3 Lucia Travelled with family August 2021 The people who work in the hotel a 10. Both those who work in the restaurant, Ismael, Lucia, the guy who picked up the dishes (I did not keep his name, sorry) The girl who gave entrance to the room (a heaven) as the pool bar, Paco, Juan, and the two super nice guys.
La gente que trabaja en el hotel un 10. Tanto los que trabajan en restaurante, Ismael, Lucia, el chico que recogía los platos ( no me quede con su nombre, lo siento) La chica que daba entrada a la sala ( un cielo ) como los del bar de la piscina, Paco, Juan, y los dos chavales súper agradables.
Excessively small room for three, I guess it would be because of the problem of europlayas and buscounchollo when booking that said we were 2 instead of 3. The views from the room to an inner courtyard of 2 square meters. Small pool for such a big hotel. And a lot of noise from half past 8 in the morning by both the French and the girls who make the rooms. Meal times are very early. They could put shifts like other hotels.
Habitacion excesivamente pequeña para tres, supongo que sería por el problema de europlayas y buscounchollo al hacer la reserva que dijeron que éramos 2 en vez de 3. Las vistas de la habitación a un patio interior de 2 metros cuadrados. Piscina pequeña para tanto hotel. Y mucho ruido a partir de las 8 y media de la mañana tanto por los franceses como por las chicas que hacen las habitaciones. Horarios de comidas muy pronto. Podrían poner turnos como otros hoteles.

Excellent 9 Guillermo Travelled with family July 2021 The dining room staff and the food, swimming pools that are spectacular and how well located the hotel is with respect to the beach and other bars around, 90% French tourism 10% Spanish.
El personal de comedor y la comida, piscinas que son espectaculares y lo bien que esta situado el hotel con respecto a playa y otros bares de alrededor, 90% turismo francés 10% español
We were put in a room with a tiny balcony overlooking an alley, when we asked for a change of room we were asked for 8 euros per person per day in addition to the unresponsive reception staff and poor hygiene when cleaning the bedrooms. Many days the bathroom was not done. The price of the hotel bar, prohibitive and much worse than the surrounding bars.
Nos pusieron en una habitación con un balcón minúsculo mirando a un callejón, al pedir un cambio de habitación nos pidieron 8 euros por persona y día además de Lo poco resolutivos del personal de recepción y la poca higiene a la hora de limpiar las habitaciones. Muchos días el baño no estaba hecho. El precio del bar de hotel, prohibitivo y bastante peor con respecto a los bares de alrededor.

The personal treatment of one person in particular at the reception desk. Few measures in general against covid. I think that in general the facilities do not deserve the 4 stars.
