Located in the Valencian town of Gandia, known as a tourist destination for its beaches and leisure.

Hotel con personal correcto, las camareras de piso muy, muy amables, habitaciones diariamente muy limpias. Buena piscina aunque no es muy grande pero no hay aglomeraciones y sobretodo, nadie reserva amacas.. la playa está más o menos a 10 minutos andando pero con una mujer de 80 años se alargaba a 15 minutos, muy buena playa de arena muy fina.
Los baños hay que renovarlos, se nota que ya tiene sus años y por supuesto, cambiar la bañera por ducha. El agua no había manera de regularla, sale caliente luego fría y luego ardiendo, en fin imposible. Los últimos cuatro días hemos tenido problemas con las tarjetas de la habitación, al principio pensamos que era por dejarlas cerca del móvil pero eso pasó la primera vez, luego las poníamos en sitios distintos al móvil y no había forma, había que bajar a cambiarlas, a veces por la mañana y tarde. Las bebidas que hay en la nevera de la habitación te las cobran, pensábamos que no, porque nunca vimos los precios visibles de las bebidas en ninguna parte. En otros hoteles nos lo han dejado como cortesía.

No existe posibilidad de cambiar los cubiertos a no ser que los pidas de propio a las camareras. Aunque no ponen ningún problema en cambiarlos resulta un tanto engorroso ir varias veces al día con este asunto al personal del buffete. No funcionaban bien las tarjetas de la habitación y, a pesar de que lo comunicamos, no hubo reparación de la misma. Avisamos de los problemas de los dosificadores de champú y gel y tampoco hubo respuesta. Nosotros éramos del cuarto turno de comida y decir que había cosas que cuando se acababan ya no las sacaban, con lo cual los del quinto turno ni las veían. Suponemos que a nosotros nos pasaría igual con respecto a los turnos anteriores. El servicio durante la actuación de noche es propio, o sea, tienes que desplazarte a la barra a pedir y llevar tus consumiciones a la mesa tú mismo. No sé si hubiera pasado lo mismo si pedimos un "champagne Dom Perignon". Nunca dan ticket ni en el bar de la piscina ni en el café de noche. Puse una reclamación al respecto y la atención por ello fue pésima tanto en recepción como por parte de los responsables de dirección.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel and the first time we’ve had a bad experience. Room 1 on the floor above reception was awful — try to avoid being put on that floor.
