About the accommodation

Located in the Valencian town of Gandia, known as a tourist destination for its beaches and leisure.

Cerca de la playa, empleados amables y atentos. Las habitaciones tienen de todo y se está muy agusto. Sin duda volvería.
Maybe a little bit the noise of the party people when you are in the quiet terrace, but it is true that when you close and go to sleep you do not hear anything and rest well.
Quizá un poco el barullo de la gente de fiesta cuando estas en la terraza tranquila, pero es verdad que cuando cierras y te vas a dormir no se escucha nada y se descansa bien.

La ubicación del hotel. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el hotel en si esta bien.
I have been going to this hotel on vacation for three consecutive years and the quality and variety of the food has decreased a lot compared to the previous two years. There is a need for a cafeteria inside the hotel, not just the one in the pool area, as it is quite hot being outside. The rooms have a bathtub, I think it would be nice to have a shower, it would be more comfortable. The animation is very poor, they could improve it.
Llevo tres años consecutivos yendo a este hotel en vacaciones y ha bajado mucho la calidad y variedad en la comida respecto a los dos años anteriores. Hace falta una cafetería en el interior no solamente la que está en la zona piscina, pues hace bastante calor al estar en el exterior. Las habitaciones tienen bañera, yo creo que estaría bien una ducha, sería más cómodo. La animación es muy escasa, podían mejorarla.

La vista al mar desde la habitación
Nightlife area, very noisy all night. It is far from the beach, there is a walk until you get there. The gym has the machines of year 80, and the person who is in charge, is not the most polite, we went down at 8:40 and there was no one, when he appeared, without even giving us good morning, asked quite rude room number. The staff that receives at the entrance to the dining room was also "dry", putting problems with the half board , we chose food and they made us wait two consecutive days because supposedly on the paper they gave us at reception it said dinners, which we did not understand ,because at all times, we said we were going to eat . I hope this serves to improve management.
Zona de ocio nocturmo, muchísimo ruido toda la noche . Está alejado de la playa , hay un paseo hasta que llegas . El gimnasio tiene las máquinas de año 80 , y la persona que está a cargo , no es la más educada , bajamos a las 8:40 y no había nadie, cuando apareció, sin darnos siquiera los buenos días, preguntó bastante borde el número de habitación. El personal que recibe a la entrada al comedor también fue “seco”, poniendo problemas con la media pensión , elegimos comida y nos hicieron esperar dos días consecutivos porque supuestamente en el papel que nos dieron en recepción ponía cenas, cosa que no entendíamos ,pues en todo momento, dijimos que íbamos a comer . Espero que esto sirva para mejorar la gestión .
