In summer season you can take advantage to sunbathe, cool off and swim in the outdoor pool, they also have a children's pool for children, great!

Hemos ido en pareja y la verdad que nos ha gustado mucho, las habitaciones muy bien cuidadas y limpias, los camareros muy atentos y simpáticos, volvería a alojarme de nuevo.
Lo que mejoraría sería la animación, prácticamente nula, por las noches después de cenar un desastre la verdad, todo para guiris y los españoles nos olvidan, además de aburridas y muy repetitivas, es lo único que mejoraría.

The staff hardly speak Spanish, everything is focused on foreign customers, rules are not respected at all. The schedule is exclusively for foreigners and the waiters don't feel like working. Animation team is almost non-existent and shows are very poor.

There are 2 things that, although they do not bother us, could be improved. The first is that we never managed to enjoy the sun loungers because they were always reserved with towels by people who were not even at the pool. There is a sign saying that booking sun loungers is prohibited but no one from the hotel ensures that it is respected. The 2nd aspect to improve is the elevator area. There are only 3 and during meal times we had to wait a while. Implementing several meal shifts could help balance things out a bit. For example, one shift from 12:45 to 13:45 for one group and another from 13:45 to 14:45 for another. The breakfast schedule is also very early, from 7:30 to 9:30. On weekends, it is usually nice to go down a little later.

Por ejemplo un turno de 12h45 a 13h45 para un grupo y otro de 13h45 a 14h45 para otro. El horario del desayuno también es muy pronto, desde las 7h30 a las 9h30.
