The 4-star Hotel Nexta Escaldes Andorra (formerly Hesperia) is located in the heart of Escaldes-Andorra’s shopping district, just a short walk from the Caldea spa centre and a few minutes from the Grandvalira Resorts ski areas.

Our hotel offers the ideal comfort, service, and atmosphere for any type of stay in Andorra, whether it’s a holiday, a holiday, or a business holiday. Thanks to its services and facilities, it’s also the perfect venue for hosting corporate or private events.

The Hesperia Andorra is the ideal base for exploring the country: enjoy the mountains in summer, ski in winter, visit museums, charming villages, and the Romanesque route, or stroll through the capital’s downtown for shopping.

We have 120 rooms spread across 5 floors, fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and à la carte or set-menu dinners, depending on your preference. Additionally, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.

If you love skiing, you’ll be happy to know that we offer a free ski lockers service. We also have private indoor car park (payable directly at the hotel). And for your moments of relaxation, you can enjoy our indoor pool and sauna.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y profesional durante toda nuestra estancia. La zona de recepción y las instalaciones comunes del hotel están cuidadas y dan una buena primera impresión.
La habitación nos decepcionó. Sinceramente, no creemos que esté a la altura de la categoría de estrellas del hotel. Era una habitación pequeña, ubicada en un rincón, con una ventana que daba prácticamente a un árbol y con un baño bastante anticuado. Tanto la bañera como la ducha se veían viejas y desentonaban con el resto del hotel. Además, nos sorprendió mucho que la televisión no fuera Smart TV y que únicamente dispusiera de unos pocos canales. Hoy en día es un servicio muy básico que ofrecen la mayoría de hoteles, por lo que nos pareció un punto muy negativo. Otro aspecto a mejorar es la insonorización. Se escuchaban constantemente las conversaciones y el paso de las personas por el pasillo y las habitaciones cercanas, lo que dificultaba el descanso. Respecto al desayuno, la experiencia tampoco fue buena. Observamos que a todos los clientes que iban llegando les recibían, les preguntaban el número de habitación y les acompañaban a una mesa. Sin embargo, a nosotros nadie nos atendió. Tras esperar un rato sin que nadie se acercara, tuvimos que entrar y buscar una mesa por nuestra cuenta. En ningún momento nos pidieron el número de habitación. La diferencia de trato nos hizo sentir incómodos. Por último, hubo un detalle que nos pareció especialmente poco higiénico. Mientras estábamos desayunando, una camarera retiró unos cubiertos que habían quedado en nuestra mesa y los colocó directamente en otra mesa para otros clientes. Desconocía si esos cubiertos habían sido manipulados o no, y creemos que este tipo de prácticas no deberían producirse en un establecimiento de esta categoría. En general, la atención de recepción fue excelente, pero la habitación y la experiencia durante el desayuno no estuvieron a la altura de lo que esperábamos de un hotel con esta clasificación.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends
