I DIDN'T LIKE THAT THERE WAS NO WASTEBASKET IN THE BATHROOM, THE SECOND DAY THE HOTEL RAN OUT OF HOT WATER, AND THE BEDS WERE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE.

They changed my double room for a double room with two beds, we had to sleep separately, according to them there were no rooms left like that when I had booked it. There was no hairdryer when they indicate that all rooms have one, although I asked for it and they took it from another room. The bed was not made and the room was not cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. The buffet breakfast was too little and of poor quality. The elevator made some jumps that seemed that you were going to fall down, I only used it once the rest of the times I preferred to go up the stairs.
me cambiaron la habitacion de matrimonio por una doble con dos camas, tuvimos que dormir separados, segun ellos no les quedaban habitaciones asi cuando yo la tenia reservada. No habia secador de pelo cuando indican que todas las habitaciones disponen de uno, aunque lo pedi y lo cogieron de otra habitacion. No nos hicieron la cama ni limpiaron la habitacion en los 3 dias que estuvimos. El desayuno buffet demasiado escaso y de mala calidad. El ascensor daba unos saltos que parecia que te ibas a caer para abajo, solo lo use una vez el resto de veces preferi subir por las escaleras.
