My family and I liked it very much.
The best....entertainment, pool slides and exceptional food.

The balconies of the bedrooms.
My personal opinion is that the balcony planters could be removed and the balconies could be made more spacious. Provide them with a modern line and remove the sheet metal.
Los balcones de las habitaciones.
Mi opinión personal es que se podían quitar las jardineras de los balcones y hacer los balcones más espaciosos. Dotar los de una línea moderna y quitar la chapa.

I loved the hotel before I had been but did not have the water park and my child has fascinated him and even my .... also has another pool where you can be quiet mind if you do not have children and the beach down with the train.
As for the food system that was the buffet very well organized without problem ....
Me ha encantado el hotel antes había estado pero no tenía el parque acuático y a mi niño le ha fascinado y hasta a mi....también tiene otra piscina donde se puede estar tranquila mente si no tienes niños y a la playa bajar con el tren.
En cuanto al sistema de comida que era el bufet muy bien organizado sin problema...
Although the bathtubs were not much to my liking for being a little old but super clean ....
Aunque las bañeras no fueron mucho de mi agrado por ser un poco antiguos pero súper limpios ....

Very good value for money, pay 200 and a little euros for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, full board for 2 nights and 3 days and be the hotel as it is, in every way, is perfect. The truth is that I do not understand at all the criticisms that you read out there. I recommend it 100 %.
Muy buena calidad-precio, pagar 200 y poco de euros por 4 personas, 2 adultos y 2 niños, pensión completa por 2 noches y 3 días y estar el hotel como está , en todos los sentidos, está perfecto. La verdad que no entiendo para nada las críticas que le leído por ahí. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Well especially that people bathe with underwear (underwear under the bathing suit) and it seems to me a huge gurrada, I informed it to reception and the reply was that if they already knew shrugging and bathing pool full of dirt all the bottom of hairballs in short everything, I think if you want to boast of pool and water park must have unminimo hygiene, otherwise all normal even with the restrictions by the covid
Pues sobre todo que la gente se baña con ropa interior (calzoncillos debajo del bañador)y me parece una gurrada enorme ,se lo comunique a recepción y la contestación fue que si que ya lo sabían encogiéndose de hombros y la piscina de baño llena de suciedad todo el fondo de bolas de pelos en fin de todo,creo que si quieren presumir de piscina y de parque acuático hay que tener unminimo de higiene,por lo demás todo normal aún con las restricciones por el covid

Overall the holiday has been great, the pool facilities are amazing and we had a great time on the slides, my children have been delighted. The staff in general very nice, special mention to the animation guy and a very nice lifeguard I do not remember the name. The measures against covid well managed and detailed.
En general las vacaciones han sido geniales, las instalaciones de las piscinas son una pasada y nos lo hemos pasado genial en los toboganes, mis hijos han quedado encantados. El personal en general muy agradable, mención especial al chico de la animación y a un socorrista muy simpático que no recuerdo el nombre. Las medidas contra el covid bien gestionadas y detalladas
The pillow was very uncomfortable and the bathroom could do with a renovation. Regarding the food, there was very little variety, what was there was tasty but there was not much to choose from, I especially missed an area where you could prepare a salad to taste (they already came assembled with three or four ingredients) and on the grill only two options. However, everything was delicious. The best meal was Friday dinner, which had a lot of variety.
La almohada muy incómoda y al baño le vendría genial una reforma. Respecto a la comida muy poca variedad, lo que había estaba rico pero no había mucho donde elegir, eché sobre todo de menos una zona donde preparar ensalada al gusto (ya venían montadas con tres o cuatro ingredientes) y en la plancha solo dos opciones. No obstante estaba todo rico. La mejor comida la cena del viernes que si había mucha variedad.

We liked the facilities, the staff, services such as the train to the beach. Quality - price is good.
Las instalaciones, el personal, servicios como el tren que ponen hasta la playa nos han gustado. Calidad - precio está bien.
Too many people and a lot of disorder when serving meals. People did not respect the distances in the queues, they should control this more due to COVID. In the pools with slides the sun loungers did not keep the distance allowed so people were very crowded.
Demasiada gente y bastante desorden a la hora de servir las comidas. La gente no respetaba las distancias en las colas, deberían controlar mas esto debido al COVID. En las piscinas de toboganes las tumbonas no guardaban la distancia permitida por lo que la gente estaba muy apelotonada.

I did not like that they are not prepared to distribute the shift schedules, because of the covid issue, since they put us in the second shift, and did not tell us the possibility of changing to the first shift, "that I asked for it" and I say this because my 11 year old son did not have dinner last night, apart from little variety, even less usually children's meals .... That night he did not eat dinner because what little he liked (there was no more restocking) was finished in the first shift, when leaving the buffet, at 2245 hr and they let us in at 22:05 hr as every night, I went to the restaurant there, to ask for a snack. And they tell me that the kitchen closes at 22:30 hr, I ask to speak to someone in charge x please that my son did not ba6 dinner, and they tell me that there is no one responsible to whom I can address, neither in the restaurant nor at reception.
Conclusion: my son was left without dinner
and the hotel could not give me any solution, I simply wanted my son to eat, I did not ask them to pay for the sandwich or anything else.
No me ha gustado, que no están preparados para distribuir los horarios de turnos, por el tema covid, ya que nos metieron en el segundo turno, y no nos direron posibilidad de cambiarme al primer turno, "que se lo pedí" y digo esto, por que mi hijo de 11 años la última noche no cenó, aparte de poca variedad, menos todavía comidas habitualmente infantiles... Esa noche que no cenó porque lo poco que le gustaba (ya no había reposición) se había acabado en el pri turno, al salir del bufet, a las 2245 hr y que nos dejaron entrar a las 22:05 hr como cada noche, me fui al restaurante que hay, para pedirle un bocadillo. Y me dicen que la cocina cierran a las 22:30 hr, pido hablar con algún encargado x favor que mi hijo no ba6 cenado, y me dicen que no hay ningún responsable al que me pueda dirigir, ni en el restaurante ni en recepción.
Conclusión: que mi hijo se quedó sin cenar
y el hotel no me pudo dar ninguna solución, yo simplemente quería que mi hijo comiera, no pedí ni que me pagarán el bocadillo ni nada.

El buffet es bastante variado, cambiando cada día las opciones disponibles. Las piscinas infantiles son lo mejor del hotel, con entretenimiento garantizado para los peques. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.
The booking of hammocks. People have the little decency to reserve a hammock for the whole day by placing a towel and preventing the use for the rest. The hotel does not put measures to avoid it.
La reserva de hamacas. La gente tiene la poca decencia de reservar hamaca durante todo el día colocando una toalla e impidiendo el uso para el resto. El hotel no pone medidas para evitarlo.
