 5.2 Maria Cruz Travelled with  friends February 2020 The reception and dining room staff were excellent, especially Maria and Dimitri, the best.
El personal de recepción y comedor excelente sobre todo Maria y Dimitri los mejores.
The bedrooms are very old, broken furniture, very old bathrooms, the cleanliness is ok, the food is not bad, the buffet is very basic, not much to choose from. It is a totally vintage hotel.

El poco personal que había muy atento.
The hotel is very run down and the food is rather meager. Lack of staff. Lack of cleanliness, both in the buffet and in the bedrooms.
El hotel está muy deteriorado y la comida más bien escasa. Falta de personal. Falta de limpieza, tanto en el Buffet como en las habitaciones.

El trato del personal muy humano, educado y agradable
I asked in the booking in the bathroom with shower tray for reduced mobility they answered me that they did not have, but my health was complicated by having to go in a wheelchair. When I arrived at the room I found a bathtub, a broken and uneven floor tile with which I stumbled and thanks to my husband and the crutch I did not fall. The bathroom furniture was destroyed due to humidity or leaks. The room was also very old, but very clean. In the days of accommodation paraded several buses with INSERSO customers who also use canes and reduced mobility so I was surprised because the hotel assured me that it does not have bathrooms adapted for these customers. I think the hotel is not adapted except the reception bathroom to offer INSERSO even customers with reduced mobility because the dining room could not access if not adapted to other measures.
Solicite en la reserva en el baño con plato de ducha por movilidad reducida me contestaron q no tenian, pero mi salud al caerme se complico al tener q ir en silla de ruedas. En primer lugar no cabiamos en el ascensor la siila de ruedas y mi marido como chofer para guiarme.Cuando llegue a la habitacion me encontre con una bañera, un baldosa del suelo rota y en desnivel con la que tropece y gracias a mi marido y a la muleta no cai. El mobiliario del baño destrozado debido a la humedad o fugas .En la habitacion muy antiguo tambien ,pero muy limpio En los dias de alojamiento desfilaron varios autobuses con clientes del INSERSO q tambien utilizan bastones y movilidad reducida por lo que quede sorprendida ya que el hotel me aseguro q no dispone de baños adaptados para esos clientes. Pienso q no esta el hotel adaptado excepto el baño de recepcion para ofrecer al INSERSO incluso clientes con movimidad reducida debido a que el comedor tampoco podria acceder si no se adapta a otras medidas .
