 4.7 Carla Travelled with couple December 2021 The best thing has been the staff, specifically Sara, who is the one who helped us with the heating problem. I also have to say that Buscounchollo gave us solutions to leave this accommodation.
Lo mejor ha sido el personal, en concreto Sara que es la que nos ayudó con el problema de la calefacción. También he de decir que por parte de Buscounchollo nos dieron soluciones para irnos de este alojamiento.
It is a two-star Spanish at best, the location is 15 min by bus, that is, perfect. Basic breakfast and dinner with only two starters and seconds to choose from, however it was very rich even if it was not varied. Likewise, the big problem with the accommodation was that the heating was NOT working again, in the middle of December and it was colder in the room than in the corridor, the solution: blankets. In no time the person in charge of the hotel came to explain to all of us who were there, including children. Thanks to Sara who brought her own heater we were able to stay (there was only one heater for a 6-story hotel). Certainly a lousy hotel that I would only repeat in summer
Es un dos estrellas español como mucho, la localización 15 min en bus o sea que perfecto. Desayuno básico y cena con solo dos primeros y segundos a elegir, no obstante estaba muy rica aunque no fuese variada. Igualmente, el gran problema del alojamiento fue que de nuevo NO les funcionaba la calefacción, pleno diciembre y hacia más frío en la habitación que en el pasillo, la solución: mantas. En ni Gi momento vino el responsable del hotel a dar explicaciones a todos los que estábamos allí, niños incluidos. Gracias a Sara que trajo un calefactor propio pudimos quedarnos (solo había un calefactor para un hotel de 6 plantas). Ciertamente pésimo hotel al que solo repetiría en verano

 4 Eva Travelled with couple December 2021 When we travel we use the room only to shower, sleep and have breakfast, so we do not demand too much in terms of aesthetics, quality furniture, etc. However, it is essential that you meet basic requirements and during our stay the heating broke down, an aspect that they did not solve on the days that we stayed nor did they give us alternatives. In addition, the second day when we arrived around 9-10 pm to rest, we found the window open... I needed more information on tourist aspects of the area, a map or similar indications.
Cuando viajamos utilizamos la habitación únicamente para ducharnos, dormir y desayunar, por lo que no exigimos demasiado en estética, mobiliario de calidad, etc. Sin embargo, es esencial que cumpla requisitos básicos y durante nuestra estancia la calefacción se averió, aspecto que no solucionaron en los días que permanecimos ni nos dieron alternativas. Además el segundo día al llegar sobre las 21-22h para descansar nos encontramos la ventana abierta... Eche en falta más información sobre aspectos turísticos de la zona, un mapa o indicaciones similares.
