 9.7 Cecilia Travelled with family May 2022 The staff was very friendly, especially the girl at the pool bar, they explained everything to us, everything was organized and clean. The truth is the hotel is very familiar. From the reception to the maintenance man were super friendly. I am very happy to have hired this hotel if the promotion comes out again I will take it again but more days because Menorca needs at least 4 or more to be able to go everywhere. And the all inclusive is a marvel
El personal muy amable, especialmente la chica de el bar de la piscina, nos explicaron todo un trato muy cercano, todo organizado y limpio . La verdad el hotel muy familiar. Desde la recepción hasta el señor de mantenimiento fueron súper amables. Estoy muy contenta con haber contratado este hotel si otra vez sale la promoción volveré a cogerlo pero más días ya que Menorca se necesita mínimo 4 en adelante para poder ir a todo lugar. Y el todo incluido es una maravilla

 10 Juan Manuel Travelled with couple May 2022 A staff that makes you feel not only cared for, but accompanied. The buffet, with enough variety and very well maintained. A pleasant surprise this hotel, well above the average of 4-star hotels around here. We definitely recommend it.
Un personal que te hace sentir no solo atendido, sino acompañado. El bufet, con suficiente variedad y muy bien cuidado. Una agradable sorpresa este hotel, muy por encima de la media de hoteles de 4 estrellas que hay por aqui. Sin duda lo aconsejamos.

 9.7 Chari Travelled with couple May 2022 The truth that has been incredible. It's the first time I've really felt comfortable. I want to personally thank all the workers because the treatment has been 12. Mentar al metre, mr. Ildefonso and the waitresses and iron cooks and the entertainment team, especially Marta and Omar who made us feel valued with such humane treatment. The resort is beautiful and the cove is very beautiful and very close to the hotel.
La verdad que ha estado increíble. Es la primera vez que me he sentido agusto de verdad. Quiero agradecer personalmente a todos /as trabajadres/as porque el trato ha sido de 12. Mentar al metre, el sr. Idelfonso y a las camareras y cocineras de plancha y equipo de animación en especial a Marta y Omar que nos hicieron sentir valorados con ese trato tan humano.el resort es precioso y la cala es muy Bonita y muy cerca del hotel.

 10 Carolina Travelled with couple May 2022 The accommodation at this hotel has been magnificent. The hotel facilities and the room were very good. However, the best thing about this hotel is its staff, in all departments of the hotel they treated us wonderfully, from the reception, restaurant, room service. In addition, the entertainers are charming and entertain the clientele a lot. If I were to return to Menorca I would stay at this hotel again.
El alojamiento en este hotel ha sido magnífica. Las instalaciones del hotel y la habitación estaban muy bien. No obstante lo mejor que tiene este hotel es su personal, en todos los departamentos del hotel nos atendieron estupendamente, desde la recepción, restaurante, servicio de habitaciones. Además l@s animadores son encantadores y amenizan mucho a la clientela. Si volviera a Menorca volvería a alojarme en este hotel.
