THE HOTEL IN GENERAL IS VERY COZY, THE BEACH RIGHT IN FRONT. THE FOOD VERY GOOD TASTE. EXCELLENT PRICE QUALITY

The stay at this hotel has fully met our expectations and once again, Buscounchollo has made an interesting and complete offer available to its customers. All services have been meritorious. In our case, we spent most of the time outside the hotel touring the province, so its location is excellent, further away from the center of Almuñécar, quieter, in a more secluded cove and very well connected by road. I make special mention of the hotel staff, very attentive, helpful and willing.
La estancia en este hotel ha respondido plenamente a nuestras expectativas y una vez más, Buscounchollo ha puesto a disposición de sus clientes una oferta interesante y completa. Todos los servicios han sido meritorios. En nuestro caso, pasamos la mayor parte fuera del hotel recorriendo la provincia por lo que su ubicación es excelente, más apartado del centro de Almuñécar, más tranquilo, en una cala más recoleta y muy bien comunicado por carretera. Hago mención especial al personal del hotel, muy atento, servicial y dispuesto.
I have no complaints. The day we went to enjoy the Spa, several of its facilities were not working, but even so, we were able to enjoy others. In addition, this was an extra part of the offer and the truth is that for us, this service is not of great importance.
No tengo ninguna queja. El día que fuimos a disfrutar del Spa, varias de sus instalaciones no funcionaban, pero aún así, pudimos disfrutar de otras. Además, esto era un extra de la oferta y lo cierto es que para nosotros, este servicio no reviste de mayor importancia.

In general, good treatment by the staff and good facilities, including swimming pool.
En general, buen trato de los empleados y buenas instalaciones, con piscina incluida.
In relation to what we liked the least: 1) the air conditioning did not work in the room or it was turned off. We were there at a time when it was quite hot and it was hard to sleep at night. In addition, it had to be full sun, because when we returned in the afternoon it looked like a sauna. 2) We didn't like the buffet type restaurant either, as it seemed that people were starving, filling their plates to the brim and then throwing them away, as they didn't eat them. In fact, one of the days, we put the breakfast on and got up to get the toast and when we returned, not only had they sat at our table, but they had also taken our coffee and nesquik. Not to argue, we had to move and make it again. 3) It would be nice if drinks were included, as they are really expensive. 4) Not having free public parking.
En relación a lo que menos nos gustó fue: 1) en la habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado o lo tenían apagado. Estuvimos en unas fechas en las que hizo bastante calor y por las noches costó dormir. Además, tenía que dar el sol de lleno, porque cuando regresábamos por la tarde parecía una sauna. 2) Tampoco nos gustó que el restaurante fuese tipo buffet, pues parecía que la gente estuviera muerta de hambre, llenándose los platos con colmo y luego para tirarlo, pues no se lo comían. De hecho, uno de los días, pusimos el desayuno y nos levantamos para coger las tostadas y, cuando regresamos, no sólo se habían sentado en nuestra mesa, sino que también se habían quedado con nuestro café y nesquik. Por no discutir, tuvimos que cambiarnos de sitio y volver a prepararlo. 3) Estaría bien que las bebidas estuvieran incluidas, pues la verdad es que tienen un precio alto. 4) No tener párking público gratuito.

The room was spacious and we had a small terrace overlooking the pool, with good views.
La habitación era amplia y disponíamos de una terrecita q daba a la piscina, con buenas vistas.
We took the spa service and there were a couple of services that did not work (sauna, ice fountain, jets,...) so its offer seemed very limited. In the bathroom, it was seen that they did not maintain the taps since when they were opened, brown water came out, and the second day we were without hot water (it is true that they fixed it quickly when we notified them).
Cogimos el servicio de spa y había un par de servicios que no funcionaban (sauna, fuente de hielo, chorros,...) por lo que la oferta del mismo se veía muy limitada. En el baño se veía q no seguían un mantenimiento de los grifos ya q al abrirlos salía el agua marrón, y el segundo día estuvimos sin agua caliente (es verdad q al avisar lo arreglaron rápidamente).

That we arranged a trip with SPA (it was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel), but the sauna was not operational, nor were the attached bathrooms. Precisely, it is about the services of the SPA that you use. And the first day's dinner left a lot to be desired, although the second day and the breakfasts were acceptable.
Que concertamos un viaje con SPA (fue uno de los motivos por los que elegir el hotel), pero no estaba operativa la sauna, ni los baños anexos. Precisamente, se trata de los servicios del SPA que usa. Y la cena del primer día dejó mucho que desear, aunque el segundo día y los desayunos fueron aceptables.
