This is a beautiful mountain chalet located in Ordino, Andorra, and is the perfect location to visit Andorra la Vella and Caldea, as it is only 15 minutes away.

This hotel has only 53 rooms, which have been decorated with all kinds of details in the typical mountain style. They offer a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for resting after a day of shopping in Andorra or to relax even more when you finish your visit to Caldea.

The hotel only admits dogs without weight limit and for a surcharge of 20€ /night in standard rooms, please note that they can not access the restaurant or spa. Please contact us if you want to travel with your pet so we can confirm availability with the accommodation.

The rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, wifi connection, and a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and amenities.

10 José María Travelled with family August 2025 Everything exceptional, both the treatment of the reception staff and the dining staff. Buffet breakfast, very complete. Exquisite dinner, set menu, 5 first courses, 5 second courses, and 2 desserts to choose from. Every day, a different menu. Absolutely delicious. It is worth mentioning that although you have to pay for drinks at dinner, km0 water is included at no extra cost. The hotel is beautiful, in an ideal location, in the mountains, a haven of peace and tranquility.

The hotel is poorly maintained and it's a shame, the billiard area is all broken, we couldn't fully enjoy the spa, and the rooms are old but that doesn't mean they are neglected, adding a toilet brush and cleaning products would make it look much more cared for. It's a shame because the location is very beautiful, and the staff is quite friendly.
