This is a beautiful mountain chalet located in Ordino, Andorra, and is the perfect location to visit Andorra la Vella and Caldea, as it is only 15 minutes away.

This hotel has only 53 rooms, which have been decorated with all kinds of details in the typical mountain style. They offer a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for resting after a day of shopping in Andorra or to relax even more when you finish your visit to Caldea.

The hotel only admits dogs without weight limit and for a surcharge of 20€ /night in standard rooms, please note that they can not access the restaurant or spa. Please contact us if you want to travel with your pet so we can confirm availability with the accommodation.

The rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, wifi connection, and a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and amenities.

Breakfast in its restaurant is available in buffet service, as it is the most important meal of the day. That is why they offer typical Mediterranean breakfast products, olive oil for your toast, different types of bread, Iberian sausage, seasonal fruit, and much more!

Además de lo que mucha gente comenta sobre las vistas, nos gustó mucho la comida de media pensión (con el agua incluida) variada y bien hecha para no cansarte y servida con profesionalidad. El desayuno buffet, también era lo suficientemente variado y bueno. La decoración en madera de las zonas comunes es muy acogedora,a sí como la sala de relax y la terraza. El poder aparcar sin problema y gratis también es de agradecer. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia, tranquila y silenciosa, aunque no tuviera las mejores vistas (daba al aparcamiento), pero para ello ya teníamos el esto de zonas comunes. Las camas también estaban bien, cómodas y con suficientes cojines. También nos gustó que al estar varias noches en grupo, nos reservaran la misma mesa, como que nos daba más trato personal, de estar en casa. El personal, muy agradable, ninguna queja, al contrario. En general hemos quedado más que satisfechos con el hotel.

Por hacer algo de crítica constructiva: El spa quizá no se detalla suficientemente claro que es pequeño, al haber tan solo dos jacuzzis de pequeño tamaño, sin mucha más oferta, salvo la sauna, que no utilizamos. Íbamos con idea de poder disfrutar de algo más y se nos quedó escaso para la niña. Los vestidores también se quedan pequeños, con una sola ducha y poco espacio. Y la diferencia de temperatura entre una y otra es notable. Al llegar la primera noche, no funcionaba todavía calefacción, con lo cual pasamos algo de frío a pesar de haber alguna manta. Luego se solucionó y ya se puso en funcionamiento, lo cual agradecimos. Y por último, sí que es verdad que, entre las luces de la fachada y el no haber persianas, hacía que la luz entrara un poco a la hora de dormir y las cortinas opacas no siempre fueran suficiente.
