Personal muy atento, buen servicio.
Although it is a smoke-free hotel there are uncivic customers who smoke in the rooms and the smoke and the odor seep from one room to another. Faced with this the hotel does not give you any solution and although there are customers who break the rules the helpless is the one who complies with them. All our stay except one day because the neighbors left before us we had the smell of tobacco in our room. One of the maids told us which room was being smoked in but even knowing for a fact the hotel management did nothing. If you do not mind the smoke and the smell of tobacco hotel recommended, if on the contrary, it bothers you or you suffer from asthma, as is our case, do not stay at this hotel.
Aunque es un hotel libre de humo hay clientes incívicos que fuman en las habitaciones y el humo y el olor se cuelan de unas habitaciones a otras. Ante esto el hotel no te da ninguna solución y aunque haya clientes que incumplen las normas el desamparado es el que las cumple. Toda nuestra estancia excepto un día porque los vecinos se fueron antes que nosotros tuvimos olor a tabaco en nuestra habitación. Una de las camareras nos dijo en que habitación se estaba fumando pero aún sabiéndolo a ciencia cierta la dirección del hotel no hizo nada. Si no te importa el humo y el olor a tabaco hotel recomendable, si al contrario, te molesta o sufres de asma, como es nuestro caso, no te hospedes en este hotel.

 10 Carmen Travelled with family July 2024 We have been with the family and it is a quiet and quality place. The buffet is small but there is nothing missing and the food is very tasty. The rooms are very large and have a 50" TV. Overall, it has been a very pleasant stay where we have arrived as new?

El hotel es una maravilla, personal atento, habitaciones enormes, instalaciones buenas. Desayuno muy bueno, el resto de comidas se podrian mejorar al ser un hotel de 5*
We have been 3 people and the third bed was not comfortable, it was a sofa which by the way was quite small, for a child may be worth but not for an adult.
