10 Conchi Travelled with couple June 2025 Everything was great. The rooms were fantastic, there was an issue with the hot water and in the end they moved us to a different room. Quick response to any needs. Everyone was super friendly from reception, cleaning staff, waiters, all the personnel. The facilities are very well maintained and spacious.

A downside for me has been in the dining room, I don't know how but there were quite a few flies, which personally disgusts me because they would land on the food and of course, I don't find it amusing.
