Hemos estado con nuestra perrita y verdaderamente estuvimos muy cómodos, disfrutamos del area de spa que está muy bien y con mucho encanto, nos ha gustado mucho. La comida está muy bien con buena cocina, además si no te apetece lo que hay en el bufet, puedes pedir que te hagan otra cosa, al momento. Además el horario de comedor es muy amplio. (Desayuno de 7 a 12 horas, comida de 13 a 17 horas y cena de 19 a 2,30 horas) . Los demás deberian tomar nota. En realidad todo muy bien. VOLVEREMOS.

Por poner algo, la hora de entrada que es a partir de las 16 horas. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Servicio de recepción nada amable piscina fuera del edificio sin personal de socorro ni primeros auxilios servicio de restauración pésimo puesto que no había reposición durante una de las cenas lo único que hubo en el postre eran tarrinas de helado vainilla-chocolate , en relación al personal de recepción hubo un momento en que saltaron las alarmas de incendio y después de contactar con ello para verificar si era real y proceder al correspondiente protocolo de actuación o un simulacro me dicen que estaban comprobando las alarmas sin previo aviso , también indicar que no había ningún directorio telefónico en la habitación , CREO QUE POR El SERVICIO RECIBIDO Y LA ATENCIÓN PRESTADA Y LA FALTA DE PERSONAL SOCORRISTA Y LA DESPREOCUPACION EN EL SERVICIO DE RESTAURACIÓN , ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO LE CORRESPONDRIA ,UNA CATEGORÍA DE DOS ESTRELLAS YA QUÉ HAY VARIOS PUNTOS QUE NO CORRESPONDE A LA CATEGORÍA QUE TIENE .
